Jon Wayne Service Company
The service on my AC was excellent. The preliminary by Technician Phillip and the replacing and installing of the compressor by two techs was also excellent. I had been without air conditioning for two days. Phillip, the lead technician came out on Tuesday and evaluated the problem thoroughly. Then, two technicians came out, John first who began the replacing and installation of the compressor, then Jose came to aid in the finishing. They were professional and thorough. They were carefull attentiive. They attended to every need of the air conditiong unit to make sure the compressor, freon, and mechanisms were working properly. They made sure I was okay with everything they did and showed they cared that I was comfortable and given the expertise needed both as a customer and an individual. They worked as quickly as they could to get me back into a cool and comfortable house, aiding in my physiological situation. This type of care, concern and professionalism is why I picked Jon Wayne eight years ago. I am so grateful. I feel honestly that as far as heating and air conditioning is concerned, Jon Wayne company are the experts. I am retired from teaching four years now. I can rely on my air and heating needs to be taken care of along with my personal needs and concerns in connection. The three gentlemen who assisted in accomplishing this for me on Tuesday deserve recognition for their work and professional.

Zimmermann Plumbing Htg & A/C
I feel I must post my review to put some balance to the extremely negative comments by Jerry Ramirez. I have known Larry Zimmermann both personally and through business services. Mr. Zimmermann is one of the most honest individuals I know...so honest in fact, his straightforward comments and honesty could make some people uncomfortable. Not everyone appreciates such honesty. When I needed Zimmermann Services for a water line break Mr. Zimmermann and another technician came quickly and took care of my problem for a very reasonable fee. Mr. Zimmermann went beyond just making a repair to advise me and carry out the suggestions to prevent the problem from occurring again. His many years of experience as a master plumber qualify him to advise his customers on the best solutions and not necessarily the cheapest solutions which some people prefer. Jerry Ramirez' attack on Mr. Zimmermann personally indicate some issues which have nothing to do with Zimmermann's professional integrity and a lot to do with Ramirez's own private struggles. Knowing the high professional character of Zimmermann Services I am sure they will make every effort to solve any issues with the actual job and go further to include Ramirez in their prayers for healing of his clearly expressed hurts and bitterness. I would highly recommend Zimmermann Services to anyone.

if you ever need any kind of work or…if you ever need any kind of work or service or even a new AC or Heating Unit installed in your home....Call Only on "The AC Doctors!!!!" They are true AC and Heating Specialist in my book!!! they went above and beyond and didnt over charge me!! I found out that they don't get paid on commission...all of their employees are paid on salary...that is way my technition was not rushed with me... he explained the processes and all options i had.. answered every question i had.... it was truly an en-lighting experience!!! totally not what i expected... they did have some better than standard financing offers that they secured with their top brand provider "Coleman" which is what i Got!! I will never buy another AC unit Brand other that COLEMAN!!! ALL OTHERS I HAVE HAD IN MY OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES ALWAYS GO OUT AT THE WORST TIMES.... I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON...-$$$...COLEMAN ALL THE WAY!!! ANY WAY CALL AC DOCTORS AND ASK FOR RAUL RODRIGUEZ HE IS THE OWNER AT 210-201-0399 OR AT 210-213-7135 HE REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A FRIEND AND NOT JUST A PAYCHECK!!! Amazing Air Solutions
My AC unit decided to stop cooling Tuesday night, I called my aunt who referred Roy to me and I am glad that she did, the company's name says it all "Amazing Air Solution" Roy and his crew are truly AMAZING. Called Roy Wednesday morning an hour later he had one of his technicians (Thomas) at my house. Thomas who was very professional and helpful got to work right away. Turns out our unit was leaking freon for quite a while, Roy diagnosed that I needed a New AC unit. We talked about all my options and his opinion on what's best for our home. Price was fair and the best part was Roy had the system installed in one day. I had bought Airtron maintenance program to come out twice a year to serve the AC unit, they had just come been over in May to supposedly serve the AC unit and they did not even go to the attic where Thomas found the problem with the freon. At the end of the day, I am just so happy that there is still honest,trustworthy and reliable people like Roy and his crew. I have given them 5 stars plus one. I am definitely recommending Roy -Amazing Air Solutions to anyone & I'll definitely will have them do the maintenance of my NEW AC unit. Ana M. Cacho

Jon Wayne Service Company
I have always found that the level of service I receive Jon Wayne is much better than others. I have been using Jon Wayne for close to three years now, when they replaced my system. They went above and beyond with a difficult installation and worked incredibly hard to make sure it was functioning properly. Since then, their service dispatchers and service technicians have worked to maintain a high level of customer service. They stay in touch throughout the service call, letting you know exactly when they will be on site. The technicians have extensive training and experience and know their stuff. Juan, who just completed my last checkup, is no exception. Now, don't think I have reliability issues with the new system because of this post. All of the work I have had done are system checkups, which keeps my system running great and efficiently. I highly recommend Jon Wayne Heating and Air.

I most definately would refer Air3000 to all my friends and family. My heater unit had been condemned by the city. I called Air3000 and Ms. Letty assured me that she would fix the problem correctly and as soon as possible.She had a technician at the house and Air3000 said they had a 2012 unit in the shop I could have for half price! The following day 2 techs came out and spent the whole day rebuilding the AC closet and a brand new filter base. They also repaired and brought the whole unit up to code at no extra charge. How great is that? They fixed everything the city inspector had written at no extra charge. The cooling and heating unit now work better than before and saved me alot of money at the same time.All I asked her to do was to give me good work at a fair price. Ms. Letty was able to provide both. I would gladly use her again and I would recommend them any day!!!

Amazing Air Solutions
I couldn't have asked for a better service! I had Roy come clean my system because the company that installed it (Elmer's One Hour) was just too pricy. He did a great job, but a month later my electric bill went even higher than before ($400 for a one story house). Roy came that very next week (would have been sooner had it not rained all week) and found the problem. It turned out that my fan in the indoor unit wasn't shutting off and was constantly running which meant I was wasting energy and money! He told me what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost, he also told me to check with the company who installed it in case it was still under warranty (such an honest guy). Turns out it's still under warranty, so I have to have Elmer good it, if I could have Root do it though, I totally would! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, he's honest and very reasonable. Two thumbs way up!

TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating
tex-perts did a fall maintainance on my heating unit this morning, and I was offered a "comfort club membership application. As a member it stated that I would receive 2 complimentary precision tune-ups as well as a discount on parts and labor. Then I was asked to sign up to have $8.30 per mo. deducted from my checking account, I asked when I would receive the complimentary tune-ups and was put on the phone with the boss who told me that what that meant was I would be saving enough with the membership that it would amount to the complimentary tune-ups. Last time I checked the word "complimentary" meant free! Look it up. This is deceptive advertising and should either be honored on their contract as stated on be removed. Other than that the serviceman was polite, and appologized for the misunderstanding.

Amazing Air Solutions
I have known Roy since 2009 when he installed an air conditioning and heating system in my house. Roy and his technicians did an excellent and outstanding job at that time. Additionally some years later my ducking system developed leaks due to old age (original since 1965,) Roy and his crew came and replaced the old ducking and improved the quality of air circulation throughout the hose. Recently the control unit in the system went down and Roy came, analyzed the problem, and repaired the unit. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Roy and his Amazing Air Solutions team for any AC, heating, and duct work installation, maintenance, and repair. Additionally he is very honest, informed us what the problem was and most important the solution. Which I might add was at a very reasonable cost.

After reading a lot of the reviews I was a little hesitant on calling them to come to my house, but I took the chance and was really happy with them. I called and they sent out a tech the same day named David Martinez. Although they were a little more expensive then some other companies the tech took time to make me feel like I wasn't being sold by go threw step by step and even showing pictures of my ducts SHOWING me the problems, he recommended duct work and they were out the very next day to fix it. So I would ignore the bad reviews and try them yourself because you never know if they were just angry customers because they did not have a good tech explaining to them exactly what needed to be done.. They are also 24 hrs can't beat that! Thanks for the great service cowboys!
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
