San Antonio Sleep Centers
Dumpy facilities and the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Tried to bill my insurance company $8300 on top of my $1500 deductible for one night sleep study. Took 6 phone calls to get them to pre-certify with my insurance and then they had the hospital break the news about my deductible. Crooks in my opinion

Alamo Sleep Disorders Center
I think that Alamo Sleep Disorders Center is just there to get as much money from people as they can. I know that because I took someone there for a sleep study. She also informed them that she had a bad cold and probably would not be able to sleep.....Sleep tech told her to stay anyway....KERCHING over $100 gone as copayment...... Sleep study over the first thing she was told it that she didn't sleep, she would have to come back for another,,,,,,,HUH DIDN'T I SAY THIS TO TO BEGIN WITH....... So she was called back in and was told that she would have to pay over $100 co pay again!!!! When she challenged it with them and they told her that they would look into it, she did the other sleep study and then later they sent her the bill in the mail!!!! I really think that they do this so they can drain your wallet!!!!

San Antonio Sleep Centers
I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was told that I couldn't even get information on if their facilities were clinics or hospitals without going through a half hour long scheduling process. After trying to talk to someone about the poor customer service, I spoke with Joe, and now I know why no one else there thinks twice about their poor customer service. Joe talked over me at every opportunity. I literally never finished a sentence, and, in the end, he told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me. Courtesy and professionalism is unknown to them.

Texas Medical & Sleep Speclsts
This medical office STAFF does not operate with the appropriate needs of patients & does not have a professional organized system into place regarding insurance claims & passes you off once services are complete. They did not follow insurance policies procedures for referral information & did not submit any medical records to BCBS OF TEXAS regarding why there was a visit to doctors office. They were instructed to do so by referral doctor to no avail. Would like to mention the Dr. seen was an excellent DR. no problems with the medical visit regarding him! I WOULD NOT choose this office due to operations of office.

Alamo Sleep Disorders Center
Dr. K's staff was professional and friendly. My appointment was timely and my wait time in the office was minimal. During the sleep study the technician seemed well trained and equipped to manage the study, answered all my questions and cared about my comfort and the outcome of the study.
