Cheaply mande furniture, but not inexpensive prices. On their furniture "Sales.to get you in the door" they take SELL MASS QUANTITIES at CHEAP prices, make unrealistic delivery dates and never advise you of date changes!Management Resolution to product deficiencies IS NONE EXISTENT!!!! Refunds for overpayments, is NOT an option..they make you select an in store item.I purchased 1 living room set and 2 Pub Style tables with chairs from Mega at the end of 1/2017. Upon delivery, all the furniture was damaged. In fact, 1 of the Pub sets was broken into SO many pieces, the delivery crew had to leave it in the and return it to their warehouse. In fact, they WILL NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT...I am still paying for it (Mgmt Issues) The living room couches were damaged as well, but I was basically told by the delivery crew, I had to accept the product. I took pictures went marching to the store and demanded a REFUND...MGMT DENIED MY REQUEST. Another set was delivered 6 weeks later (mid March 2017) DAMAGED AGAIN!!!! (Pictures taken again) A "so called furniture repair man" showed up, turn the couch and loveseat over, stuffed them with paper, secured it with rubber bands and said, "he was finished with the repairs" I have called Multiple Store Mgrs, Warehouse Mgr, District Mgr, since 3/2017 requesting A FULL REFUND. As of this date 11/11/2017, I have had NO RESOLUTION. THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE WARRANTY TO EXPIRE. Unfortunately, they have not even responded to Citi Bank Corp!!!!
***DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY! ***So, I don't even know where to start... I bought a washer, dryer, and fridge from this store. Of course when I purchased it, there was no issues. My fridge was brand new, and my washer and dryer that I purchased was used. During the time of purchase, Martin said that it was less than 30 days old! So, he offered me a years warranty which gave me piece of mind, so we went for it.... When he got here to install, everything was perfect (except for the part when he dropped it coming up my driveway off the dolly). Not even 2 months later my washer is only washing my clothes for a total of 7 minutes and is preset to go for almost 45 minutes... I would say that it wasn't working properly right??Well after months of calling, trying to use my 1 years warranty he promised. He finally answered, and said he would come out to try and fix it. Well, that took another couple of weeks! When he got here to fix it the first time, he left and said it was fixed. I put a load in as soon as he left and again with the 7 minutes. I called him back, and he came back and got the washer the same day. He took the washer to some guy who fixed it and he brought it back. Well we thought it was fixed... Not even two weeks later, its doing it again! Since then, I have been trying to see what we can do to resolve the situation. NOTHING! I have asked for the owner to call me ... NOTHING! Martin is EXTREMELY rude and does not care to hear out his customers nor does he even hide the fact that we are unimportant. He has sent several rude text messages, and has said several rude things over the phone. There customer service is not a priority CLEARLY! I would NOT waste my time with this company, please look else where as I am over$2,000 of wasted money! There is several furniture stores up and down 410, I would suggest trying your luck elsewhere
