I went in for an exchange and was treated unfairly because of the color of my skin. I was checked out by Marcela, she told me that she could not check me out with the return. One shirt was not on the receipt. I asked to speak with management and was told no. The shirt was not on the receipt but had the tag on it, and was still in stock at the store. Marcela rolled her eyes while I was talking and smiled at everyone else. I have never had such poor service at this location until today when Marcela checked me out.

Whenever I visit the store they always gives 1hr waiting time and more over there is no display where we can check our name in the queue and hiw much time waiting time left. we need go every time and ask representative. No proper response and fast service. I had problem 3 times with my apple 6s plus. This is my first and last Iphone ever bought.

All the employee here are sweet nice and they always have a smile on there faces I love shopping here I'm so happy we have friendly staff that work at this store. Nor like family dollar most of the employee's are very rude and unprofessional they're always looking like they've had a bad day even if their days just started they look so miserable it's so sad... here @ Dollar General when you walk in you get Hi or good moring or good afternoon you they ask you if you need help with anything there very friendly and like I said there's smiley faces everywhere keep doing a good job..☺

I would like to thank people at Major Appliances department: Ramon Garcia & Kelcie Clement. I wasn't happy with the electric range and they listen to my complaints and let me exchange the item (I had it over 15 day return period) . I am very grateful . My hubby bought my favorite perfume for Xmas $185.00 for lotion and perfume. COCO MADAMOISELLE O M G SO GOOD! anyway I was allergic to lotion, so I can't walk a lot had my daughter take it bk for me. They gv me a gift crd, I don't shop here at all. So I called and I explained that I can't use it, I needed the rest of money in cash. This fool said No! WTH You do not hv the right to tell me NO. Are you freaking kidding me! I want to spk to store director, then she says ok. ma'am u can come get ur $ bk. So I took my disabled behind up there on my cane, I hv never been so upset I expected more from this type of store u gv u hard earned money to. I had to stand there an hour while the incompetent clerks screwed around. I eventually got my money back, I told my hubby he wld go elsewhere for my high end Fragrance somewhere that appreciated their customers and cared about their needs . So for the disabled and those people who do not feel like fighting for ur money plz stay AWAY! !!

The staff was very helpful in replacing my ghost screen issue on 5s. Apple doesn't replace cracked glass screens, that is aftermarket companies that do that. My guess previous review the screen was already broke and the other review they probably went in without appointment. As I have been many times with appointments with store full and haven't waited more than 10 minutes to be helped.
