King Tire Shop. Saturday 7/22/2017, 210-532-1383, The working owner/manager name was Arturo. Please avoid this place. They will swindle you, disrespect you and charge too much only because they can. I was visiting from Houston, stranded in San Antonio with my wife. Our car was not running anymore and had to tow it in. Arturo said it was the fuel pump. I asked him to also check for a clogged catalytic converter. He said he would, and he had me waiting from 11: 00 am to 4:20 pm in the hot garage office. That is more than 5 hours, while the job is only 30 minutes and the fuel pump was there (brought by O'Reilly) immediately. Most painful was the disrespect. Whenever another customer showed up for new tires or mufflers, he dropped my work and spend time on that other customer for 20 or 30 minutes. Imagine you are just looking at it and cannot do anything but complain. He also went out of the store to pick up another car (and for lunch). there were about 20 customers that day I was constantly waiting for each of them. He could do this because I was stuck, my car was not running. He even mentioned, if you do not like it, go somewhere else. (but how?) The price he demanded was $300 but my own mechanic in Houston told me the job was $150 in labor. He charged $90 for parts from O'Reilly but when I called O'Reilly the fuel pump cost $43.95 for me without garage discount. The job itself took 30 minutes. It was very humiliating to see that he forced me to overpay and that he treated me as a second rank customer so he could help all other customers faster. These guys are the number one place to avoid. There are many good car mechanics in that area and I happen to choose the wrong one. It was a bad day and it really affected us, so please do not take a chance with him. He will not care about you and will take an advantage if he can. Please be warned, there are sometimes bad people out there and Arturo is definitely not a good one.

I went in a few months ago to get an oil change. Long story short, my check gauges lights went on a few days ago, turns out that I had no oil in my car. I was told that whoever changed my oil last didn't put any oil in it. Wow!

Don't go over there! Unprofessional, rude and they disclaim any warranty even on the new tires!!! I had a warranty claim number from the manufacture, they refused it. Also you will be waiting more than 3 hours in waiting area for nothing!The store manager is the worst manager I have met ever!

Dear Brandon:I'm sorry that Billy Bobs has placed you in this position of reviewing my complaint, especially since you say that you have no knowledge of mechanical matters, and I don't believe that you had anything to do with the repairs on my motorhome, or the subsequent billing. 1. You are mistaken in saying that I was present for most of the repairs: I visited 4 times on the first day, 3 times on the second day, and once on the third day, at an average of 30 mins. each time. 2. On my 3nd visit, 2nd day, I sat in the office, facing the manager and asked him what my costs were adding up to. He would not answer me, so at that point I became worried. 2. On the third day, when presented with my bill I was shocked and disappointed, because I genuinely like the staff at Billy Bobs. I held my emotions inside, as I have learned that it is better to investigate and think before reacting. Also, at that time I had no idea that the $643.26 repair to my tail and dash ights would fail, the moment I turned them on. 3. The next day I sent an email to Mr. Yow regarding the failure of this expensive repair, providing an opportunity for a resolution. Sadly, once again, I received no response.

I don't know nothing about cars. I took my vehicle in to get fixed not knowing what it could. The shop manager Edgar and his crew explained everything where I could understand. Explained how it happened and how to prevent other problems, showed me prices so I knew I wasn't getting screwed over with my lack of knowledge. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys. Il never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Honesty ! I appreciate an honest business like Fresno tire Service. Went in thinking i needed brakes and drove off with an inexpensive rear brake adjustment. I dont really know much about brakes 101.
