Dr. Marten is excellent as well as her staff. Everyone is every friendly and professional. We were with another doctor for over 40 years and only changed because he retired. We plan on staying with this office until we retire to our next life up above.
I tried setting up an appointment with this doctor after finding out my current provider no longer took my insurance and he was assigned as my PCP. After going in to sign a release for my information I called a few days later to make an appointment for a regular check up and to get a referral to have my annual woman's exam. The receptionist was a complete nightmare. She starts off by questioning me why I haven't been to a doctor in a year and that the doctor doesn't want to make an appointment or referrals if I'm not going to comply. This person doesn't know me at all and she accusing me of not wanting reliable health care. First off I explained that my provider, who I had been going to consistently for the last 4-6yrs, no longer takes my insurance and I needed a new provider, secondly I'm a relatively heathy person and only need to go to the doctor once a year for regular check ups. I ask if I can receive the doctors services or not and she goes into a rant about how because I was offended by her absurd accusations that means I don't deserve healthcare services. Do not go to this doctor, dealing with his receptionist alone will have you cringing. Now I am back to square one trying to find a reliable health care provider with quality customer service.
Dr. Meissner has been addressing health issues for me for many years, over a decade for certain. I'm left knowing he's the same man I first met, friendly, knowledgeable, yet I'm discovering it has taken a long time for me to realize he's incredibly talented in his chosen profession. Many thanks.
I had such a great experience at the office today from checking in till I checked out. The staff was very helpful as well as the Dr explaining everything to me before during and after the visit, I definitely recommend her tom all my friends/family.
Unprofessional. Lies when confronted with complaints. Always forced to wait over an hour. Cuts sessions short. Does not care patients, just writes prescriptions and sends them on their way.
Great doctors. Very good service. The staff is very friendly and they obviously care. I'm so glad I bring my father here
I have been so thrilled with my tummy tuck and breast reduction procedures. The results have been remarkable. Day of the surgery Dr. Young.
I felt Dr. Porter's staff was extremely polite in answering all of my questions, and explaining whatever I didn't understand. My only complaint was the time having to wait beyond the time of my appointment.
Horrible experience, false practice they cheat off your old prescription lenses, give false prescription, give you the run around and blame the frames you chose. Saw and witnessed first hand several patients whom went in with complaints that they could not see. The manager at vision works stated that Ms.. Chung always makes mistakes and that they lose customers because of her faults. Sure its fast and they get you in quick but there is no dilation of the eyes, and it is not a proper thorough exam. I used to be a patient of the Toyota optomology and they followed every thing down to the core. Ms.. Chung does not give a full examination but is quick to send you off with a fake prescription. Her 2 staff in the front are very unprofessional and cover for Dr Chung. They make excuses as to why you can't see and I know that she sees a lot of Spanish speaking people who cannot stand up for themselves. She needs to be stop I will never go back there ever again.
Dr. Nguyen took us as walk-ins today. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a careful examination for our eyeglasses and contact lenses. The receptionists/office staff were friendly and helpful as well. We'll gladly return here the next time we're due for exams.
