First Aid Plumbing
Poor customer service. First off 1st aid plumbing made a scheduling error. When we told them Fridays work best. They called on Thursday said they were coming out will be there at 10. I was heading to a doc appt and husband had was heading to work at 10. We wpuld have not made it for that day. Called and spoke with Christipher Tobar owner/sup. reschedule the soonest which was Wednesday Nov. 8th between 9:30 and 10:30. Nov 8th came no call between the time. I can a hour later went to vm and again left vm 2nd time. Call at little later from my father phone Chris answered said they will give me a call 30mins before coming. Wait and waited went to my doc appt @ 2pm. Still no call. Had hubby call no answer. I called before heading back home straight to vm. Got home called still no answer went to vm. Called from my mother's phone @ 3:30. Chris answered told him who I. He informed me it was going to be another hour. I told him ok I was just seeing if someone was still coming out today. He stated yes sounding frustrated with me and if I still wanted someone to come out today. I told him yes he said ok it will be another hour. I said Ok was just makong sure of someone was coming today. He if I wanted to reschedule. I said noO was just making sure someone was coming out today. He was frustrated and told me you know what there no availability today, call your insurance and tell them you need someone else to come out. Was shock on how poorly Christopher Tobar handle himself unprofessionally. I just want to make sure that someone was coming out today Nov. 8th,2017 because I am schedule to go into labor tomorrow Nov. 9th, 2017 with my first child. Wanted this leaking pipe to be fix before we welcome a newborn home due to have to turn on/off from the main source. Once again poor customer service a courtesy call would have been nice saying they are running behind schedule.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
I discovered a water leak at my house after normal business hours. Roto Rooter's water restoration division had a representative at my house within 45 minutes of me calling them, and then had a crew start the water damage mitigation process within 1.5 hrs after my initial phone call. The entire process took 6 days, and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and promptness exhibited by their technicians.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
Jose came buy earlier than expected, which was nice. He seemed to really know what he was talking about. I had two drippy faucets behind my washing machine. I told him I want to go ball valve. He told me that those valves would be more appropriate for outdoor faucets. He then went to the plumbing supply store (more than one) to look for ball valves, then called me. This time when he said the other type of faucet was just as good, I listened. He was very professional, and listened to what I wanted, and went looking for it! Once we had the right valves, he promptly put them in with little problem. I felt that the right product was installed by the right guy! Extremely pleased!

First time customer. Called and the technician, Paul, was on-site in an hour and done less than an hour later. Price was fair and professionalism off the charts. Highly recommend this company!

We just purchased our first home and had a small leak. We called several places but these guys were the only ones able to come out ASAP. Great job and fast service
Tips & Advices
The following tools and common household objects can be used to clean drains at home:
  • A plunger
  • A drain snake
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Grease-fighting dish soap
Homeowners can mix boiling water with any of the last three products to break up grease and grime.
The main ingredients in clog removal liquid products are sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, both break down into relatively harmless components when it comes into contact with water or soil. However, both substances cause mild irritation to skin and internal tissues.
Also known as a drain auger, a drain snake is a coiled device around ΒΌ-inch thick. To use a drain snake, put the end into the entrance of the drain. Turn the handle to force the snake deeper, using extra pressure to force it through the bend in the pipe. Keep turning until the snake hits the clog, then either pull the snake and remove the obstruction or force it through. Once the snake is out of the drain, run the water on full blast for a few minutes to ensure the obstruction is completely removed.
Plungers don't damage residential pipes, but the force created by the act of plunging weakens the seal between the toilet and the floor.
Many plumbers, both local businesses and nationwide chains, offer emergency or same-day services.
