If there was 0 stars i would put that instead. This mechanic is a theif. He will try and rip you off every chance he gets. He replaced my enigine for 2600$ promised 1 year warranty word of mouth.. He never gave me a receipt. When i remembered about the receipt and warranty it only said 90 days. He then has refused to honor his word. He is the worst mechanic in town.

This place finally fixed what was wrong with my car that other places could not. I had taken my car to 2 other shops and they could not fix my car right and charged me a ton of money. This place was fair fast and good!Mike is amazing honest mechanic . Very fair for pricing.!!!

Better Transmission
Rene's team did work on my transmission back in 2016. A few months later my wife and I noticed the steering was off. We took the car back to his team to look at and they said there was nothing wrong. Not being a mechanic I took their word for it and had the car taken to get an alignment done. The problem continued and little by little got worse. The steering got so bad, that if felt unsafe to drive. I took the car to another mechanic and he showed me how one of the mounting bolts to the rack and pinion was very loose. The mechanic said it is possible to have steering problems with the rack and pinion/power steering if the rack and pinion was not secured. I took it back to Rene' team, they told me they tightened up the bolts and I should be good to go. They did not tighten the bolt and let me take the car with the bad steering. I called back to tell them my concern and again they asked me to bring car back in. They said they still could not see the loose bolt. I had to come and show them and their mechanic admitted he did not tighten the bolt. They also ripped the steering cover and lost some of the clamps. Long story short I was patient, (left the car with them for a total of over 8 hours to look at) and offered them to do the labor to repair my rack and pinion and I would pay for the parts. He told me they could do the job and it would cost me over $900. I told him they made the mistakes and I wanted something fairer. Rene said he could not do that and offered me a small some of money, I guess so I could go buy a new steering cover that they ripped. This place does not stand by their work and can leave you and your vehicle in a dangerous situation. BE CAREFUL!

I'll never come here again. I ignored the ratings because they were open late. I needed a new tire, but the $90 tire cost $130 when they added all the fees. And that was after they removed an additional $15 fee. I turned around to see my car leaking a lot of fluid underneath. He guy came out and looked at it. Said I had a coolant leak. I asked if they could fix it and he said yeah. Then said he would be right back after handling another customer. I waited and waited. Then I saw him sitting in the office! He forgot I was even there! Then I asked what it would take to get an estimate. I was given the run around and called my husband. He told me to at least get the tire fixed. When I tried to purchase it, the guy told me he couldn't do it. He might get the shop dirty if he pulled it into a bay! It might leak! Are you kidding me! You're mechanics! Then he said he might be able to change the tire outside the bay, but changed his mind claiming my engine might blow up in the short drive to the bay area and it could be a liability to the shop! Are you kidding me! He checked with the manager and sure enough the manager agreed with him. Unbelievable! That's the lousy customer service I got. I could tell they didn't care at all!

Great service, and Very FastMy starter went south over the weekend and I could not find any place open in my area to work with me. I called Dad's on a whim and was able to reach Delia which informed me they could work on the vehicle on the same day. I was able to purchase the starter from Autozone and took the vehicle to their business and they had it installed within hours of the same day. It's nice to see there is still good customer service to be had.I will continue to take my automotive needs to this fine business.Thanks,
