Joey was great. I was looking for a better quality ride for my 2002 lifted excursion, he gave me a variety of options and I went with a fabtech coil over conversion. He was right the ride is a night and day difference. He kept me updated daily and sent photos with the progress. I would have given a five star rating but because it took a while for fabtech to make the coil overs I had to wait longer than I would have liked, not really Joey’s fault, but hey I’m giving an honest review. I would definitely recommend Joey and his crew.

Been there before to get my Jeep's differential fluid changed, they were good at that. Came back two months later after the dealer stated one of may catalytic converters was bad. The owner (Joey) said I should change both because if one is bad the other will be too. Purchased both sides from dealership (non-returnable part for catalytic converters) and dropped off vehicle the the night before appointment. We agreed upon the price which was $75 more than another respectable place 5 miles away but decided to pay a little more for homage because I have two jeeps running out of warranty. I called around 5 pm to say I was on the way to pick up my jeep. The tech who answered said owner is out of town and "was supposed" to call you. I had the owner call and he stated the job would take about 5 more hours of labor than he planned and would have to charge me over double of the original quoted price. I asked if he could still honor our quote as I already purchased the non-refundable parts ($800.00) and all he would lose is labor cost as he would still make a profit being I bought the parts unless he pays his mechanic 100.00 / hr (doubtful). He said no and would rather have me take the loss than lose 5 hours of profit margin on labor even though he quoted a price and had my jeep for two days. I mentioned the downstream business from both my jeeps and he still declined. This is not a place I would take any of my jeeps to again. EXTREMELY poor customer service! This would not be allowed in most customer service industries, Quote, agreement, cash spent by owner, then he declines because of not enough profit margin? WOW! I see why he owns all those expensive toys he drives.

I was moving to another state and got busy with my house stuff transport and my two cars shipping. They assigned a driver for me within a day. He promised 8-9 day window with a maximum two weeks and i got my car in 3 weeks only. and he was incredibly difficult to reach. The car arrived undamaged leas one thing i would be happy about.

so the pickup happened same day. they promised to take my car back to Texas in 3 days but it actually took them 6 days to drop it off to my place in san antonio. overall, it was OK. most importantly, my car arrived in a god shape and clean.

Bought 4 new trailer tires and had them installed. 7 months later, and 1st time to use after tires installed, all the valve stems had cracked, one completely releasing all the air. Appeared valve stems had not been replaced with the new tires. When I called and spoke to a manager he confirmed they only inspect the stems and not atomically replace with new tires. He said they could take care of it, but would have a charge for doing. If I'm going to pay for something that should have been done with the tires, I might as well take it to a tire shop that knows what they are doing.

My experience with this auto shipping company to transport of my 2015 chevy impala with this company was average. actually the driver who was assigned to pick my car up was so rude. what the customer is expected from a driver is keeping the client up to date about the status of the car. I haven't heard from driver until an hour left to delivery and I wasn't at the place and forced to take an off the day from my work place and left early to get the job done and take back the car from the driver.

Tips & Advices
The location of a vehicle can be monitored during transport. Many auto transport companies offer tracking services that allow for monitoring a car's journey via their website. If a company doesn't offer online tracking, an owner can receive updates on the vehicle's progress and location by calling the auto transport company.
With open car transport, your car is typically moved from one location to the next on an open car hauler. Open car transport is often the less-expensive option, but it leaves the vehicle susceptible to damage from traffic and the weather. Still, know that damage is rarely incurred with open car transport. With enclosed car transport, your vehicle is shipped in a boxed trailer. This shipping method is often used to transport luxury cars, antique vehicles, and pricey specialty cars.
To prepare a car for transport, take photos of the vehicle, and identify any preexisting damage. Later, this will help assess if the vehicle has been damaged in transit. In addition to removing personal items, car owners should remove or disable the car's alarm system, and remove custom products and add-ons like DVD players and GPS systems to avoid theft. Fold in the vehicle's side mirrors, and remove the antenna.  Have an extra set of keys, so you don't have to give the carrier your only set. Finally, make sure the gas tank has roughly a quarter tank of fuel.  A full fuel tanks adds excess weight, but they’ll need to be some gas in the tank so the car can be driven to and from the shipping facility.
Your car cannot be packed with belongings while it is being transported. The Department of Transportation bans carriers from shipping cars that are loaded with household items. If a carrier breaks this law, it might be levied with a fine of up to $10,000.
Auto transport companies have insurance that is designed to provide reimbursement if damage to a car occurs during transit. If you believe your car has been damaged during transport, it's important to promptly notify the auto transport company, since some companies only allow 30 days to file a claim.
