Mattress Firm South San Antonio
The customer service as this location is outstanding. They are very helpful in helping you find the perfect mattress. The mattress covers are excellent and very much worth it. I would recommend the mattress covers to everyone who cares about their mattress.

This "business" posted a video promoting a September 11th sale. In this video you will find the owner's daughter(co-owner) and two other males mocking the tragic events that took place on September 11th. Feel free to watch the tasteless, senseless, hurtful video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHyyFjml_3o

Unfortunately your company has fallen to the idiotic actions of only 3 people. I believe it's best if you just stop trying to sell products by disgracing Heroes who gave everything and disgracing innocent people who without notice gave everything to protect this country and its values.

Extra Space Storage
I was amazed with the knowledge of the staff. They showed me different ways to store my belonging to utilize the space to my advantage. They really cared about my financial status and didn't try to take advantage of me since it was my first time having to us storage.

Miracle Mattress
I just moved to San Antonio. The manager Tony and salesman David could not have been more friendly and helpful. Tony delivered my mattress on Friday after the store closed! He even threw in accessories since he knew I was just arriving. I hope that the rest of my move goes as smoothly! Thank you Tony.

A3 Storage Centers
This facility has TERRIBLE policies related to automatic credit card payments. Rather than contact the customer - as all other customer friendly businesses do - when a credit card is nearing expiration, they wait and then charge an outlandish late fee! When contacted, the person on the phone, who first claimed to be the "owner", later said she was the "manager" said "this is policy" and refused to provide contact information for her supervisor or the person that sets "policy".DO NOT waste your time with this customer hostile establishment - find one with contemporary business practices that want to maintain customer relations.

Miracle Mattress
One star is too much!! Also called Miracle Mattress. RUN!!!! DON'T WALK!!! In fact, don't even look in their direction!! They delivered a used display mattress to me. It is illegal in Texas to sell a used bed without disclosing it. Funny thing I had specifically had it state "new bed" on my receipt. Then I had to get a bed that wasn't even like the one I had initially chose. They also tried to charge delivery for their mess up. I refused to pay for the second delivery. I'm stuck with a bed I do not like. Customer Service is horrible. I shouldn't have expected more from a Mom & Pop-type place.

Cantwell Mattress Company
Great family owned mattress co. Excellent customer service, They make mattresses like mattresses should be made. Worth going in and talking to them. They have the two sided mattress that you can flip. No one else does that anymore.
Tips & Advices
Many storage unit companies provide moving equipment that you can use to help maneuver your belongings. This equipment might be available for rental, and some storage companies will loan certain items to you at no charge. The range of options can include items such as push carts and dollies.
Storage units allow vehicle storage, and you'll typically need to rent an outdoor unit to facilitate this process. An outdoor storage unit that accommodates vehicles may have its own walls and door, or it may be a covered unit that's partitioned with wire mesh. Another option is to rent covered storage for your vehicle. With covered storage, your vehicle is stored in a space that is shared with other vehicles. These spaces are similar to parking spaces in a secure lot.
There are certain differences that separate indoor and outdoor storage units. Indoor storage units are often housed in secure facilities, and they offer perks such as climate control. These units are the best choice for sensitive and valuable items, since they offer protection from pests, weather, and intruders. Outdoor storage units are usually much larger than indoor units, and they often offer drive-up access to each unit. Outdoor storage units are excellent for storing larger items such as furniture, boats, and cars.
Storage unit rental fees do not include property insurance for stored items. Storage facilities are typically protected by insurance, but this coverage only applies to the building itself, and not the contents of the storage units. Your homeowners insurance might provide coverage for your stored items. Storage insurance is also available, and premiums typically start at roughly $7 per month for $1,000 worth of coverage.
The minimum rental period for most storage units is one month. Some storage facilities offer promotions and discounts that require a longer minimum rental period for discounts to be redeemed. For example, a storage facility might offer the first month of rental free with a two-month minimum.
