Mom's House Cleaning
Everyone with Mom s House Cleaning is polite and friendly. The 2-person team who cleaned my home was on time. I appreciated that I was given a quote over the phone, and that a detailed list of services is provided on their website. This helped me know what to expect for my money. I used Mom s twice. The first time was for an initial/thorough cleaning, which Glen said would take 4 hours. When the team showed up, they said they would be finished in 2 hours. At 2 hours, they had been in every room in the house and packed up their supplies. I spent another full hours with the team asking them to come back and do things that weren t done (dust ceiling fans, clean the top of the fridge, redo the floors because the were not clean, sweep/mop the utility room, sweep the baseboards...) . I called Glen while the team was still there, he was very polite, gave me a discount on the inital cleaning & said it was out of character for that team. I gave them a second chance because everyone has an off day. The second time, I was not home when the team arrived, but I worked for over an hour the night before to pick up/put away as much as possible so it would be easy for them to do a thorough job with the floors and countertops. I printed the list of expectations from the website and asked that all be addressed, highlighting the items that were not done the first time, such as dusting the vents. The vents did get dusted; however, there were bits of lint/paper/thread in a pile at the top of the stairs (as if the vacume dumped them there when it was turned off), portions of the living & dining room floors were not touched at all, there was still dust & dog hair in the corners, and the kitchen countertops were not wiped well (could still see cup rings). This is the first house cleaning service I ve ever used. My husband and I both work very hard, and we have a small child, so I was so excited about having the help. I had high hopes because Glen was so nice. I chose to discontinue their services after the second visit because if I m spending my hard-earned money, I don t want to come back and spot-clean, and I don t want to have to print out the menu from the website every time. I ve hired someone else, and Glen was gracious when I told him why I was discontinuing their services. He offered a discount and a different team if I choose to go back to them.

I have bought 5 cars from Gunn; the last 3 were from Gunn Nissan. Every single time, it is a pain-free, pressure free process. Because the sales people are not paid on commission, they are more invested in making the customer happy than making the next sale. John Alvarez has been the salesperson I have worked with for my last three auto purchases, and he is always knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. This last purchase was no exception. My husband was looking for a small work truck. I called John, described the features we wanted, and by the next day we were driving our new Nissan Frontier truck.The other thing I love about Gunn Nissan is the customer experiences I have had after I purchased the car. Any time I need to get the oil changed or get maintenance done on my vehicle, I have had a positive experience. They get me in and out pretty quickly, and they also provide nice amenities for their customers while you are waiting. One Saturday morning, they had a massage therapist giving complementary chair massages to waiting customers. What a great perk!

I give this place 5 stars For their effort and Understanding. The owner Christian Really puts himself in his customers Shoes. Serious about his job and commitment to helping others Get into a good Working Vehicle. Bad credit or not, everyone is given the same effort and dedication. We all Know the stresses and complications of trying to buy a car When your credit is completely shot.Though My experience at this business started off bumpy, This Dealership NEVER told me No, instead worked hard and diligently to get me in a good vehicle. I am a single mother and from anyone who is knows how important it is to have a car, The owner Christian really empathized with me on this, worked even harder to Get me in a nice vehicle. Treats customers as if they were his family or in my case as if I was his little sister. Its important to have someone behind you, backing you and working to help you. This is exactly What this dealership does. BAD CREDIT?? They never say No, They Get you Financed and above what is expected to ensure the satisfaction of their customers.

Red McCombs Toyota
Before moving to Texas, I would always buy cars from private owners because they are not selling cars to pay the bills and dealerships are. But Red McCombs Ford and Toyota have both given me great deals on two vehicles since moving here. Service at R. M. Toyota goes way above and beyond. When a second key fob didn't work on my used car, I was told the other one probably just needs a battery. A new battery didn't fix it. Sales told me the one working fob was the deal, but they would look for a similar fob to be turned in and then I would just pay to have it programmed for my car. After a month I went there to see for myself if a similar fob was turned in. The parts manager took the fob and said he'll see what he can find. After 20 minutes I sat down at a table. Soon after the manager came to me and dropped a new fob on the table. I thought, "Great, now I have to spend $100+ for this." He said, "There you go, have a nice day. No charge." I couldn't believe it. In my mind, you can't do better then Red McCombs Toyota, or Red McCombs Ford.

David Munoz was dedicated to assisting me with finding the right vehicle to suit my needs. He was available to assist me whenever I called or whenever I showed up on the premise. He worked his schedule around mine to be there at the dealership. I appreciated this greatly and it made everything go smoothly and I was able to coordinate around my work schedule which decreased my stress. David Munoz was very courteous and professional throughout the process. I enjoyed his assistance and he made this car buying experience go smoothly without any bumps. Exactly how I like it. Quality with expediency. All of the staff were very professional/polite. Very welcoming, comfortable and clean environment. Very catering....to my needs. I appreciated that. Continue to keep the same characteristics I have mentioned throughout my survey. I would like to see more incentives offered on the overall price of a vehicle. That would make me feel better to know that I am getting the best price compared to the overall market.

PLEASE READ!!!! I recently moved to San Antonio and needed a car. My family warned me of the dangers involved when buying a used car. Still I needed a cheap car and S A Auto had an amazing deal on a 2005 Sunfire. I met with a man named Valente who could immediately tell it was my first car. He told me the Sunfire ran great and was mechanically sound and if there was ever a problem to have me call him. I ended up buying the car. I was so happy but, that happiness didn't last for long.2hours after I bought the car it stopped working. I feared the worst thinking I was out 3000$. The next day I called Mr. Valente and told him the car didn't start. Immediately he called a nearby car repair shop, sent out a tow truck, fixed the car ASAP and then personally called me up to tell me the tow and repair cost was covered by S A Auto. If you are looking for a car dealer who stands by their word and treats each customer as a friend rather than a money sign then I IMPLORE you to give S A Auto a call.

I would just like to say that was the very best car buying experience ever. The vehicle was sold to us by David Garcia. He was extremely nice. David found the exact vehicle we were looking for with no problem. He thoroughly explained everything to us from beginning to end. Best of all, he never tried to trick us, hassle us, sell us something we did not want, and he never bashed any of the local dealerships. My wife and I have purchased 9 vehicles in the past 10 years, and this was by far the best and smoothest deal of all. David was great! The service department is top notch as well. We always took our previous Toyota to Alamo for servicing, and never once had a bad experience. You definitely get luxury car treatment. I plan on leaving an excellent review on google for the world to see. Definitely the way car buying should be! Thank You David Garcia, and thank you Alamo Toyota! You guys have the recipe for success!!!!

My salesperson was very attended to what I wanted and made sure that I got everything in a timely manner and it was perfection! They all worked with my budget and try to get me into the price rage that I was looking for. I would had like to get it even lower but I do understand that the FJ is an expensive car. The paperwork was done in a timely manner and with respect to my need of time, with only what a needed to have for the car, not more just to sale me items not needed, this I love about this part of the sale person It one of the best, and I say this because this is my first Toyota am a Honda drive and I just loved this vehicle that I had to have it! Clean and with everything that was to be in the vehicle and sale personnel went over all the paperwork and items that the vehicle hs The counter service, in all the areas in the dealership I would have love to get a lower monthly payment on th FJ vehicle.

I found Benrell on Bing, and spoke with Nell, who was very friendly and personable. She explained all the service they offer, and quoted a Biweekly price based on the Sqft of for my home. The Ladies, Mona and Destiny arrived within 2 days bringing their own products and supplies. As I showed them my home, they explained their products and their cleaning technique/style, and started working immediately.The Ladies worked non-stop and well together doing a wonderful job. When making the beds they did the "Military Style" very nice touch. They also removed the splatter paint around my tub, impressed. When finished, the house smelled so nice as they made their way our the front door. For a team of two they were finished in just under 3 hours based on my 2300 sqft home.I recommend this cleaning service and will request the same Ladies for my bi-weekly cleaning.

I am on the verge of purchasing my 3rd vehicle in the past year. The staff there were really professional and when I asked them to search for the vehicle I wanted they did not hesitate. Usually salesmen will just want to put you in any car just for the sake of lining their pockets these guys found what I wanted from exterior to interior. Like I said I am on the verge of purchasing my third vehicle and have since recommended family and friends and they all have been taken care of and have driven off in their respected dream cars. Of course at times they are busy due to the traffic of people purchasing but nonetheless all my calls were returned and any questions I had were taken care of. I recommend anyone looking for down to earth people and not vultures fighting over sales to go to Auto Forum and drive off happy.
