Anthony and his crew did an amazing job replacing our fence and a gate at my moms house. Anthony really works with you to achieve the fence you want at a fair price.

Serrato's Fence & Welding
One-Star Rating is Too High! This guy was recommended from a sub-contractor of ours. Francisco and his son Frank repeatedly said they would come out and they would miss our schedule. Finally, it cost our client because his pool failed inspection due to a fence panel not being welded back in place. They can only handle large jobs, which is fine, but don't have enough guts to tell you that. He said he would charge $100 to come out for my little job, I said that was fine, and then we scheduled. Then he wants to keep putting it off, saying maybe he can come tomorrow afternoon.Don't hire them. Very unprofessional!

I was very impressed with Joe's professionalism and response time. He was prompt and did a great job for a reasonable price. I loved working with small business owners who can find solutions to problems. That's Joe!

Chris was great to work with. He replaced a section of old wooden fence with an amazing metal fence with a gate. We added in some ornamental designs as well. The fence is custom made and heavy duty. You can tell he's serious about every aspect of his work.

Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
