I would not recommend anyone to get a suite here, one word; MITES. There are frequent shootings in the area at the washateria where you do laundry across the street from Titan, shady people walking around in the day and lurking around at night. This place is bad for business overall, NIGHTMARE!

horrible horrible horrible place of business, i would not recommend this place to ANYONE! they set me up with a low price with discounts i wasn't even qualified for. so after 2 months my payments went up $100. they always promised to return my call, like 5 times and never did. they never answered the phone. and rude. please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO HERE

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Kristin. She goes above and beyond just providing us with insurance. She takes a personal interest in our lives and always checks in with us. When something does happen and I have insurance questions, whether its related to her at all, she is always there to answer my questions and help me determine what I need to do to resolve the issue. I have never had this type of experience with any other agent before. I refer everyone I know to her and they have all had great experiences as well.

A year of challenges with an inexperienced agent. With all the problems you would think that possibly someone else would interject. I do not know if David Pfau even exists or ever shows up to this agency. Allstate may be a good insurance company but this agency lacks experience and has poor customer service.
