210 Motorsports
If you are reading this, then you are in one of two situations. One, you are searching for a reputable shop that can fix your dented vehicle for a reasonable price. If that is the case, I believe you can stop reading and move on to the next shop. 210 Motorsports is not that place. Run. Get out of here.....What? You're still reading? But he quoted you a great price. Fools gold. There will be unexpected costs at the end, countless delays, and what I would consider substandard work. I was quoted one price, but had to pay for some unexpected parts at the end. A 30% increase with no warning and no phone call and no authorization from me that I was willing to pay more than agreed. I was repeatedly promised a completion date, but it never materialized. There was no communication to me letting me know about the problems. I heard the same story two weeks apart about having to let his guys go this morning. It is either an outright lie or he has tremendous difficulty retaining staff. Both are problems. You choose what to believe. And, when I finally got it back, it looks like [BEEEP]. I have had my fair share of body repairs over the years. I have never seen work like this. Oh, and I nearly forgot. I know for a fact that the shop drove my vehicle way more than could be reasonably expected for a simple repair. Probably close to 80 miles based on the gas left in the tank. I will be chalking this up to a lesson learned. I should have done my homework. A simple google search could have turned up a laundry list of complaints. Never again. The second reason you may be reading this is that you actually took your car to 210 Motorsports and are experiencing the frustrations described above. For this I am sorry. I believe the only solace I can offer is that you are not alone. I have felt your pain. I will feel it every time I look at my car and see the lousy workmanship and lack of attention to detail.

911 Auto Centers
They should give an option for negative stars..because these people are scam artists especially Martin..instead of Bring Your Own Parts it should be called Bring Your Own Attorney.. because your going to need one trying to get your money back from these crooks..never ever again..

If I would it look at this reviews before I took my truck I could avoid the disappointment. As other costumers, they took 36 days to fix my vehicle. They told me I was going to receive updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that never happened. I had to call every week for a status on my truck. The staff turnover is true. I started dealing with one rep and afyer the first week I ended up the business with an other person. On the process, they lost a small handle inside my truck and that was delaying the process. Very disappointed at their service....never again. Please be aware!!

Auto Pro Collision and Repair Center
Great, wonderful, terrific, super duper people; Todd and Kimberly from Auto Pro Collision and Joe from Fireball Towing. From Ohio to Texas 1300 miles away from home you made our trip much easier with your kind, friendly and professional attitudes. You helped like we were your own family and it means a lot so far from home. Top notch care for people you never even knew, glad to have met you all. Above and beyond to strangers from Ohio, you made us feel like family. Grateful, thankful and much appreciated. If we ever are in Texas and have vehicle troubles we know who to call Todd and Kimberly and Joe, or just to stop and say thanks again for all you did:) Greg and Lisa, Ohio

could not tell that my car had been in an accident. Great service they help me with my deductible. I have been to the big corporate shops and this smaller body shop is the best. Thanks for all your hard work. I will definitely spread the word.

Procare Automotive & Collision
5/17/17 Bad customer service, I gave it a star in order to make a review but I can't comprehend why procare collision have Mr. Herman working for them. He told my insurance carrier that my windshield damage was not caused by my current collision, without even seen the vehicle prior. I was hit on the passanger side where the tire is, which shifted my front towards the right which in turn cracked my windshield. When I talked to him via phone, all he kept repeating was the extant of work and lengthy repair time. If he did not want to work on my vehicle, just say so, and I will take my business elsewhere, but don't make false accusations. I have pending a call back from management regarding this issue.

Fine Lines Automotive
I went to this business to have my rear brake light repaired and the mechanic tampered with my front brakes and then tried to charge me over 200 dollars. He put my life in danger, lied and claimed my car would not move because it was "stuck". I then demanded that he put my car on the street and the front brakes were no longer stuck and it drove well. This business is a sham and the dead owners son is a crook. Do not patronize this business.

Alamo Frame And Aligning Inc
Brought my 66 chevy nova in to check suspension and alignment. You couldn't even drive the car it was so bad when I came in hauling it on a trailer. Rick and the guys told me it would be no problem they could fix it without costing a small fortune. They called the next day and said the car was ready, could not believe it car drives like a dream I would recommend these professionals to anyone looking for a quality job without breaking the bank. Thanks, John T New Braunfels

Miracle Body & Paint
My car got hit by a drunk driver and the bumper needed to be replaced. They had my car for almost a month. I asked my husband to call on a Monday when we were coming up on the 2 week mark and the Service Rep (Steve) rudely told my husband if he should just talk to him from now on and delete all my contact info. I finally got a call saying that all the work was complete but they were waiting on the payment to come through (even though within a day the drunk drivers insurance had approved the new fee, so why they didn't already have the payment figured out is beyond me). Steve left a message saying that he was waiting to hear back and should hear back within a few hours. I called him later on that day since I had not heard anything and he told me if I wanted the guys number I could call and "bother him". I guess he realized he had said something unprofessional to a paying customer and back paddled. This entire experience took WAY to long and the level of unprofessional behavior was incredible. Not worth the headache. Find a different body shop.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
