Estrada's Roofing
I called Estrada's Roofing, LLC for a roof leak. It was so bad I had buckets inside to catch the water coming in the house. I started looking for a roofing company and started checking reviews as we are senior citizens and we did not want to be taken advantage of. I only found one company with continuous 5-star reviews and that was Mr. Ralph Estrada's company. We have never encountered anyone like Mr. Estrada. When I called his number, he answered and came over to give us an estimate that same day. When he arrived he got on the roof, took pictures and showed us what the problem was. He quoted us a very reasonable estimate, so we scheduled a day for him to start the job. Then the weather turned on us. Unexpectedly, Mr. Estrada calls and said he would like to start the job right away since we were going to get more rain. He and his crew started and finished the job within a few hours, took pictures of the finished job and everything looked absolutely great. We highly recommend Estrada's Roofing, LLC with Mr. Ralph Estrada, owner. We are anticipating working with Mr. Estrada in the new year for another project. If we could give this review 10 stars, we would. Mr. Estrada's company is reliable, professional and very affordable.

3G Roofing
I recently incurred a lot of damage to my roof, windows, vents, garage, facia, and other areas of my house. All caused from a recent hail storm. It was bad. I saw one of 3G's yard signs in a neighbor's yard in the next block over where their men were working. I gave them a call. Scott Saltz took the call and scheduled an appointment to offer an estimate of cost of repair. Scott met with me and did an outstanding job of explaining the damages to my house. He pointed out what had to be done to repair and to restore to like new condition all of the damage. He was patient and knowledgable about what had to be done and pointed out alternatives where we could save money and improve the quality of my house. We agreed to contract and get started. After the work started, Scott called or stopped by every day to make sure we were happy with the progress of the work and the workers. The follow up was fantastic. The job was finished on time and the work was excellent. Scott came by to inspect the job and to make sure that we were a satisfied customer. We definitely are. Scott Saltz and 3G Roofing should be at the top of your list for home repair.

Rolands Roofing
Roland's Roofing has redeemed themselves. Veronica called back and was extremely nice and helpful. She let me know that Robert would be able to make the appointment between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. Robert was great. He's very knowledgeable, let me know what did or did not need to be done, and showed me pictures of the roof. Kudos to Veronica and Robert, who know what good customer service should be! Thanks!!Eariler today I wrote -- So, my appointment today for a quote for doing a permanent fix on my roof was from noon - 2:00 p.m. This appt. was scheduled a couple of weeks ago. I even called the office this morning to confirm it. At 2:10 p.m., I called the office back, only to discover that my appointment would not take place today. Plus, someone inthe office thought that it was a good idea to call the second phone # listed on the account and leave a message (my cell phone), instead of calling the primary home number on my account, which I was clearly at because I was waiting for Roland's Roofing to show up. Anyway, it should not be this difficult to have someone give me a quote for work that I am willing to pay for!

Estrada's Roofing
I contacted Ralph after our subdivision had a major hail storm. His team wasn't out soliciting jobs like most of these other roofers were, and most were from out of town. I did my research and found so many high reviews for Estrada's both on YP, Angie's List and he BBB. Ralph came over and gave me a fair estimate and was honest that he was very busy and it would take awhile before he could get started. My insurance adjuster came by and said I only half the roof was damaged. I told Ralph and he personally came back with the adjuster and showed him all the damage. Bottom line, Ralph helped me get a whole new roof, repaired deck and a window through my insurance. I would highly recommend Estrada's! They even pressure washed my driveway to make sure they left my house looking better than when they started!

Stephens Roofing & Remodeling
Stephens Roofing came out on a Sunday to give an estimate - roof was installed & completed with in a week. A wonderful experience sine I had been dealing with another roofing company for 8+ month and all I got from them was ripped off to the sum of $3000 but no roof.Stephens office staff, Christina and the other ladies, were very helpful from the very start. They sent Luis out, on Sunday and on Thursday the Stephens crew had started and finish my new roof. The Stephens Roofing sign is proudly displayed in my front yard for all to see. I would recommended them highly to anyone for any kind of roofing & remodeling job they may have in mind.Thank you Stephens for my new piece of mind - my house is safe and looks great.

Durizon Roofing
I had hail damage that required replacing all the shingles and I was paying out of pocket. After scouting out quotes, Durizon roofing and one other company were kind enough to do a quote for me. What set the two companies apart was the attention to detail paid to assessing the roof from inside and out and the ability to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The quote I was given was lower than the other company and the turnaround time to completion of work exceeded my expectations. Throughout the project planning and execution, I had good communications with the project manager, any issues I had were noted and addressed. Good job, I would highly recommend this company for anyone's roofing needs.

Rolands Roofing
Everything I heard about this companies WORK, online AND by word of mouth have been GREAT! The only complaints I hear is miscommunication from office to customer, which for me is more important come tax time than if I'm trying to get some construction done... I care about the craftsmanship and the manager in front of me. The third reason I chose Roland's was I saw peoples actual names repeated through the reviews on the internet. This tells me they are a small business that actually stays close to their work but not do small that they can't stay in business or afford the things you choose a larger business for. Roland's did a great job and excellent clean up!

Discount Roofing Company
We noticed something that looked odd at a joint on our roof so I called Discount Roofing to come out and take a look. They arrived on time, was nice, professional and knowledgeable. He explained that it was normal and that nothing needed to be done. He could have easily said differently and we'd have paid whatever to have it fixed. I also had some roofing questions for him and he was very insightful and gave great information which supported what I'd read during some roofing research. It's always great to deal with someone who is smart, reasonably priced, honest and intelligent. I highly recommend Discount Roofing .

Rolands Roofing
I had hail damage to the roof and siding of my home. After being lied to by another company, I noticed several of my neighbors had gone with Roland's so I called. Mark Montoya was my point of contact. He and his team were incredibly professional. The roof was up in a day and a half and is perfect. They didn't leave a single nail behind and cleaned up so you never knew they were there. The same is true for the siding. It's a brand new home! They are excellent at communication and I never felt like I was having to pull information out of them. Best experience ever!!!!!!
Tips & Advices
Roofers commonly use certain supplies to handle the task of roof repair. A scaffold or a shingle lift is often used to access the roof. Roofers wear hard hats, and they typically wear soft-soled steel-toed shoes that protect their feet and provide optimum traction. Roofers use basic equipment such as caulking guns, paint brushes, electric or cordless drills, wheelbarrows, pop-rivet guns, power brooms, power spudders, shovels, backpack blowers, and high-pressure washers.
Certain supplies are needed when performing a do-it-yourself roof repair project. Working on a roof can be dangerous, and a safety harness with a rope and anchor point is essential equipment if you want to help prevent a fall. You'll also need a ladder, roofing nails, a crowbar, a utility knife, a tape measure, a chalk line, and a hammer.
Algae-resistant roofing shingles are shingles that have been specially built to resist algae growth. A common method for accomplishing this involves including copper granules in the shingles during the manufacturing process. Algae growth can cause unsightly black streaks on your home's roof, and this may lower your property values.
It can take less than a day to put on a new roof, but it could take as long as several days if the roof is large and complex. Weather conditions will also impact the length of time required for this task, and wind, snow, or rain will slow the process.
In general, the average lifespan of a roof is 20 to 25 years. However, the lifespan of your home's roof will be closely linked to the roofing materials used. Roofing made with asphalt shingles can last 15-30 years, and a metal roof may last 30-45 years. A roof made with concrete tile could last 35-50 years.
