Cheaply mande furniture, but not inexpensive prices. On their furniture "Sales.to get you in the door" they take SELL MASS QUANTITIES at CHEAP prices, make unrealistic delivery dates and never advise you of date changes!Management Resolution to product deficiencies IS NONE EXISTENT!!!! Refunds for overpayments, is NOT an option..they make you select an in store item.I purchased 1 living room set and 2 Pub Style tables with chairs from Mega at the end of 1/2017. Upon delivery, all the furniture was damaged. In fact, 1 of the Pub sets was broken into SO many pieces, the delivery crew had to leave it in the and return it to their warehouse. In fact, they WILL NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT...I am still paying for it (Mgmt Issues) The living room couches were damaged as well, but I was basically told by the delivery crew, I had to accept the product. I took pictures went marching to the store and demanded a REFUND...MGMT DENIED MY REQUEST. Another set was delivered 6 weeks later (mid March 2017) DAMAGED AGAIN!!!! (Pictures taken again) A "so called furniture repair man" showed up, turn the couch and loveseat over, stuffed them with paper, secured it with rubber bands and said, "he was finished with the repairs" I have called Multiple Store Mgrs, Warehouse Mgr, District Mgr, since 3/2017 requesting A FULL REFUND. As of this date 11/11/2017, I have had NO RESOLUTION. THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE WARRANTY TO EXPIRE. Unfortunately, they have not even responded to Citi Bank Corp!!!!

I was in an accident in September 2016. The other driver was 100% at fault and even received a traffic ticket from the police at the scene. Even though my neck and back were hurting I didn't seek a lawyer because I believed since the other driver was at fault his insurance company will most assuredly take care of everything. I was COMPLETELY wrong! At every turn, every phone call, every correspondence the insurance company was not at all concerned with my injuries or getting my car taken care of. In fact, my car sat in a tow lot for three weeks waiting to be evaluated by their adjuster and they continuously made up reasons not to get me a rental car nor the appropriate medical attention that was needed. All they really wanted me to do was to sign paperwork and say things that would help them NOT fairly compensate me and they did so in very manipulative ways. After three weeks my symptoms continued to get worse and my car was no closer to being taken care of so while driving with a friend (her car of course as mine was still sitting in a lot) I saw a billboard for the Law Offices of Joe Gamez and called the number just to see what they would say. I wasn't expecting much, after all I got their info from a billboard, but let me tell you within an hour I was meeting with them in their office and by the end of that day they set up the appropriate medical care I needed and I started treatment the next day! They also got me a rental car so I could get to those appointments. They told me to focus on getting better and they will take care of everything. That they did and they did so effectively! Throughout the entire ordeal they educated me on what to expect from the insurance company and they kept me posted on their progress. They told me the other insurance company would do everything in their power to settle for the lowest compensation they could and that is exactly what the insurance company did throughout the process of negotiation. Each time the insurance company submitted an offer I would receive a call and they would tell me what was offered. I got highly discouraged because the offers from the insurance company were insulting. It was obvious the insurance company did NOT care about my injury, money I was out having to find a replacement car (mind you the accident was 100% not my fault), nor the long-term treatment I might require. I was angry and scared and wanted to give up but the good people at Joe Gamez Law assured me they will take care of everything and that I should not worry and to just focus on healing. Joe Gamez Law fought for me and they fought hard! They never gave up, they never gave in, and they NEVER let the powerful insurance company bully them in to accepting a low offer even after the insurance company threatened to take this to trail. In the end, they got the FULL MAX of the POLICY, that means the absolute maximum the insurance company would be required to pay, they paid! Every penny! Let me tell you, DO NOT ever think the insurance companies have your best interest at heart, no matter what they say. The insurance company doesn't care if you spend the rest of your life in pain as long as they don't have to be out money. Even if it is a company you have been a policy holder with for years and have never filed a claim they will still turn on you so don't be fooled by rhetoric making them out to be "like a good neighbor" or that you are "in good hands". It's just not true, sounds nice, but not true. In sum, if you are in an accident you NEED someone like the Law Office of Joe Gamez looking out for you otherwise you WILL be taken advantage of. This is a fact! I am grateful to the people at Joe Gamez Law, eternally grateful, for their dedication, their tenacity, and their experience. And so it is with great privilege and pleasure that I recommend the Law Office of Joe Gamez to anyone reading this who is thinking about getting a lawyer. The absolute WORST service I've ever experienced at any place of business. Ordered mattresses and furniture for my new home a month in advance to be delivered on the date we moved in. No call backs, no delivery, nothing. They left my family to sleep on the floor. The manager Roger promised to call back the next day about delivery and nothing. Called them back and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. We will be contacting the better business bureau about this. I don't even want to look at the furniture I'm now going to be stuck with because they also refused to give me a refund. Never go here.

I would not recommend anyone to get a suite here, one word; MITES. There are frequent shootings in the area at the washateria where you do laundry across the street from Titan, shady people walking around in the day and lurking around at night. This place is bad for business overall, NIGHTMARE!
