Childrens Night Clinic PA
HI my name is Benita and I am currently the office manger here at Children's Night Clinic and I would like to clear up some false information that I see above. OK first off we DO take community first Medicaid so rodriguez1984 I do not know where you got that info but it is wrong. And as far as us not seeing fever and breathing problems that is another false statement almost every patient that comes to our clinic has a fever as one of their symptoms so to say we do not see patients with fever is not true, and we always see patients with breathing problem asthma is one of the main illnesses we see here. Now of course if a patient comes in and it is almost closing time with a high fever and/or is asthmatic with trouble breathing that is the only time we would refer to the emergency room because we would not have enough time to clear the patient up and/or run any test if necessary. I advise anyone thinking of bringing their child to our clinic to call us rather than going off reviews because not all statements made on a review are accurate as proven here. Thank You and we look forward to helping your child.

Medical Center Ophthalmology Associates
Ran in for my appt with bulging red eyes & not :"a clue "as to why. Dr. Evans spoke very softly & slowly. Kept me calm & explained what he was doing and what outcome would be good or bad. Even when he ran out of ideas and still no answers, I was still calm and asked what else we should try? He gave me a list of things I needed to get done and we exchanged cell numbers. We kept in touch through it all. After 4 days with slow progression he kept in touch promising to do his best at making sure my eye problem does not get worse. I believed in him without any doubt. Once my "problem" went away, Dr. Evans ran me through a whole other set of tests and got a very ecstatic clean bill of health. We were both very happy and I am glad to refer him to some of my friends who also have Lupus. Thank You So Very Much Dr. Evans!!! Sincerely, Lisa A.F.

Southtown Clinic
I am Writing about this place cause I do want people to know how you will be treated by girls at the front office ! They have a attitude from hell like their unhappy they're not friendly and the worst part is that The Dr is A sweetheart I have nothing to say about her and I don't know if she is even aware of their behavior with the patients that go there they never try to help you but never the less pretty much ain't even going to try to help you out !!!! If you call they act like you're bothering them instead of them of saying Yes Mrs or Ms What Can I do for you Sure I can See what I Can do to Take care Of It ......Its sad when you come to a office like this that they have no standard Morals for people especially it being in the down town area of San Antonio, Texas

Stone Oak Urgent Care
The physician and his staff are probably the nicest people I have ever met at a medical facility. I had fevers, temperature, night sweats, and failure to thrive for a while and luckily the doctor ran some blood work and diagnosed me with a curable form of leukemia. I am grateful to Stone Oak Urgent Care & Family Practice for saving my life and will continue to see him as my PCP and will recommend anybody to go here as you will not find a more nice and intelligent physician out there as this guy has an MBA and PhD in addition to his medical degree. Also, the new location on Stone Oak Blvd is brand new and amazingly beautiful, which is an added bonus to the great physician. Thank you Stone Oak Urgent Care & Family Practice!!!!!!!!!!!

Integrative Medical Clinic
When I first went to see doctor Schultz, I could barely walk. The man was helpful and cheerful, and got me able to at least move a little without pain. I only missed work on the day I laid out to find help. His caring staff, and at his craft has given me relief and ever increasing mobility. Advice and beyond the call, he also remedied my neck, and explained how all these different subluxations- that is, joints out of whack! ....could effect many aspects of my life. I am pleased to say I have experienced all the relief promised from pain, to sinus, to gastro-intestinal.... the list goes on. If you're teetering and unsure, let this be the testimonial to sway your decision. Chiropractic works! Dr Schultz is an angel! Nuff said!

Stone Oak Family Practice
I've been going to this doctor for 6 or 7 years and the office staff have always handled my calls, questions, messages and the like with professionalism and ease. I get calls back same day or next. And I love that he's added an assistant to his practice. If he can't see me, she can. Wait time varies; I've waited 5 minutes, I've waited 40 minutes. But I know that sometimes I'm the one making others wait due to my issues, so I try to be patient while others see him. I've heard the office staff handling difficult patients before and I can say I've never heard them be rude or careless with their words. I give the whole office and Doctor Ramirez 5 stars across the board.

Stone Oak Family Doctors PA
Nothing but wonderful experiences for me.. I think my review should be weighted because I've been using to this practice for me and my family for many years - for everything from annual checkups to emergencies such as mystery rashes, flu-like symptoms, etc... I really appreciate the time Doctors take with us. I also appreciate that we can be seen as walk-ins when it's an emergency. I'm wondering if many of the bad reviewers are just angry people or... seriously... I thought they were talking about some other place entirely. My advice - establish a relationship with a family doctor in this practice.

Stone Oak Family Practice
Dr. Ramirez is not only the nicest Dr. I had ever seen but probably the nicest person I have ever met. He easily spent 20+ minutes with me. Very caring gentleman. When I went in he first told me about himself, his family and how long he has been practicing. At the end of the visit he told me that he doesn't have an answering service because he gives out his personal cell phone number to all his patients. That is something I have never heard a Dr. do. I felt so comfortable in his office. His office staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez.

Stone Oak Urgent Care
Look no further for great care with smile! My family has been coming to see Dr.Gogu now for almost 4yrs now. We've been to several Texas Med Clinic's and none of them compared to the level of kindness, service, and care that we always receive going to Stone Oak Urgent Care. I love the fact that they have late hours and opened on Saturday/Sunday without having to wait a crazy amount of time. Dr. Gogu is very personable, soft spoken, patient and good with children. They don't try to nickle and dime your insurance by forcing unnecessary office visits.

The Emergency Clinic Alamo Heights
VERY SATISFIED! I visited Alamo Heights Minor Emergency Clinic on my lunch break today and was literally in, out and back at work in 45 minutes. All employees from the front desk staff, to the PAs to the doctor were friendly and professional. I received treatment for an ear infection on the spot as well as receiving prescriptions. I would highly recommend this clinic to my co-workers, family and friends. I will definitely return in the future should I require medical attention again.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
