I feel I must post my review to put some balance to the extremely negative comments by Jerry Ramirez. I have known Larry Zimmermann both personally and through business services. Mr. Zimmermann is one of the most honest individuals I know...so honest in fact, his straightforward comments and honesty could make some people uncomfortable. Not everyone appreciates such honesty. When I needed Zimmermann Services for a water line break Mr. Zimmermann and another technician came quickly and took care of my problem for a very reasonable fee. Mr. Zimmermann went beyond just making a repair to advise me and carry out the suggestions to prevent the problem from occurring again. His many years of experience as a master plumber qualify him to advise his customers on the best solutions and not necessarily the cheapest solutions which some people prefer. Jerry Ramirez' attack on Mr. Zimmermann personally indicate some issues which have nothing to do with Zimmermann's professional integrity and a lot to do with Ramirez's own private struggles. Knowing the high professional character of Zimmermann Services I am sure they will make every effort to solve any issues with the actual job and go further to include Ramirez in their prayers for healing of his clearly expressed hurts and bitterness. I would highly recommend Zimmermann Services to anyone.

if you ever need any kind of work or…if you ever need any kind of work or service or even a new AC or Heating Unit installed in your home....Call Only on "The AC Doctors!!!!" They are true AC and Heating Specialist in my book!!! they went above and beyond and didnt over charge me!! I found out that they don't get paid on commission...all of their employees are paid on salary...that is way my technition was not rushed with me... he explained the processes and all options i had.. answered every question i had.... it was truly an en-lighting experience!!! totally not what i expected... they did have some better than standard financing offers that they secured with their top brand provider "Coleman" which is what i Got!! I will never buy another AC unit Brand other that COLEMAN!!! ALL OTHERS I HAVE HAD IN MY OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES ALWAYS GO OUT AT THE WORST TIMES.... I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON...-$$$...COLEMAN ALL THE WAY!!! ANY WAY CALL AC DOCTORS AND ASK FOR RAUL RODRIGUEZ HE IS THE OWNER AT 210-201-0399 OR AT 210-213-7135 HE REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A FRIEND AND NOT JUST A PAYCHECK!!! I most definately would refer Air3000 to all my friends and family. My heater unit had been condemned by the city. I called Air3000 and Ms. Letty assured me that she would fix the problem correctly and as soon as possible.She had a technician at the house and Air3000 said they had a 2012 unit in the shop I could have for half price! The following day 2 techs came out and spent the whole day rebuilding the AC closet and a brand new filter base. They also repaired and brought the whole unit up to code at no extra charge. How great is that? They fixed everything the city inspector had written at no extra charge. The cooling and heating unit now work better than before and saved me alot of money at the same time.All I asked her to do was to give me good work at a fair price. Ms. Letty was able to provide both. I would gladly use her again and I would recommend them any day!!!

TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating
tex-perts did a fall maintainance on my heating unit this morning, and I was offered a "comfort club membership application. As a member it stated that I would receive 2 complimentary precision tune-ups as well as a discount on parts and labor. Then I was asked to sign up to have $8.30 per mo. deducted from my checking account, I asked when I would receive the complimentary tune-ups and was put on the phone with the boss who told me that what that meant was I would be saving enough with the membership that it would amount to the complimentary tune-ups. Last time I checked the word "complimentary" meant free! Look it up. This is deceptive advertising and should either be honored on their contract as stated on be removed. Other than that the serviceman was polite, and appologized for the misunderstanding.

Air Force AC & Heating
We were given Air Force A/C and heating from our home warranty, First American. We as always look for reviews and found Air Force A/C and heating, San Antonio, to have very bad reviews. So, we decided to wait and see for ourselves. Air Force A/C called us on Thursday afternoon and gave us a service appointment for Friday the next day between 9 and 5pm. They arrived around 1:30pm. The two young men, Josh and Callen, were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found our a/c problem right away and fixed it, as well as checking everything else out to make sure we had no other problems. They explained everything they were doing as they went. We are very happy with them and will use Air Force A/C again.

This write up is long over due! Air 3000 saved me and my family Labor day weekend. Our A/C went out and it was hot!! No one was open on a holiday weekend we were going to have to wait or stay in a hotel until the Tuesday after the holiday. Letty at Air 3000 is so awesome she was able to get me a compressor unit on a Saturday late after noon, have her technician stay until she was sure that my family had A/C. Thats service!!! I now have my yearly service contract with them and trust the great work and service they provided me. I also recommended a friend and he was also happy with the personal service and expert A/C service. Air 3000 is the best! Thank you so much for taking care of my family.

Locke Service Company
Whenever I come across some one in need of any ind of a/c service I sent them straight to Locke! They have been great to deal with, through and courteous! We just got home from being out of town for 5 days and our upstairs unit quit cooling. All of our bedrooms are upstairs and I called Locke Service Company at 7 pm. They came with one one hour and had to order a new fan motor part. They replaced it and had it cooling again by 9 am the next morning. I was very pleased with their prompt and professional service and will definitely call them again in the future. Great service at a reasonable price.

The workers were very professional. They answered all my questions about the installation ofa new a/c and furnace installation. They cleaned up and took away the old unit. I got a good price for the installation and cost of the new unit. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs service or a new unit. My old unit was on it last legs as it was 29 years old. My new unit is quieter and I wish I would have done it earlier. Karen in the office was very helpful with all of my paperwork to get the CPS rebate. She is an asset to the company. I give the company an A+ rating.

I am very pleased with the service from Locke Service Company. They are just awesome people to work with. Their price is reasonable. They are very polite. The young who came to the house put booties on. There was nothing I did not like about them. They explained everything. I was very pleased with them. I think they did an outstanding job! They are very honest people. The price they quoted me was exactly what was charged to my account. They came out when the appointment was scheduled. I have recommended them to my family.

Installed An American Standard 3 TON Platinum Series 2-Stage Variable Speed Heat Pump A/C system. My a/c had gone out unexpectedly. Luke was out that same afternoon and began installation the next morning. Jason and Roland worked overtime on a Friday to complete the job. They came back Monday morning to make adjustments, etc. Zimmerman was recommended by a friend. Time will tell, but as of now, I would hire these guys again. They seem to be honest, fair, & professional.
