I was able to rent everything I needed for my son's party here. I rented a tent, chairs, tables, a cotton candy concession stand, and a few bounce houses, one with a slide, and one jumper. They worked with my budget and the kids had a BLAST! I would definitely book again with Bounce plus!

Needed a last minute bounce rental delivered on Christmas Day. Juan took my reservation and was happy to help and get us our rental in time even during the holidays when I called a number of others who were less than helpful and quite rude. Rainbow was professional, courteous and fast. True to their word and mission. Packages were all great deals, our bounce was clean and fun. We ordered the 69.00 pkg. We will NEVER rent from anyone else in future and we will ALWAYS choose and recommend only Rainbow Castle on Zarzamora in San Antonio. They are the best. Set up and payment was fast,easy, on time,and the gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous just as much as Juan was when he took our order. If you use any other bounce rental, your making a big mistake! Choose Rainbow Castle!!!
Bad experience!Went on 5/15/15 to rent tables and chairs for 5/16/15. When we get there the guy stated credit card machine wasn't working, cash only. Didn't think much of it. We stated what we wanted to rent, where to deliver, time to deliver. We signed and he made a copy of my ID. Next day came around and nothing was delivered. We called a lot of times and no answer. We had a full house of people and no where for them to sit and eat. One of the guest had to search and find tables and chairs to rent at the last minute (which was about 9pm). My dad (who the party was for) had to leave to pick up the tables and chairs. Since we are from out of town we had to leave the next day. I called this place every day tons of times with no answer for almost a week. I FINALLY spoke with "The Owner" Jorge. He apologized and said something about the driver blah blah blah. But no courtesy call or anything. I HAD to call them. He stated for me to go by and pick up my money. He gave me his cell # to call him anytime regarding this issue. Well I called, left vm but he only responded with text. I had informed him that I didn't live in San Antonio. He stated he would mail me a Money Order. About 3 weeks later no money order. I called him, no answer. I texted him and he said he mailed the money order. I called the business and spoke with a Yvonne, who was very sweet and very helpful. I let her know what was going on. She stated she would locate the money order to see if it was cashed or whatever. To give her some days. I called 6/10/15 to Jorges cell # and he answered. He sounded very frustrated, not sure if it was because I was calling regarding my refund. Well he stated to give him a couple of days and that it would be easier if I could just pick up the damn money in person. OKAY........So I asked him if it was ok if I could send someone to pick up the money he stated yes. I had to ask my father in law to go pick up the money. So......not sure if I made business at the wrong time BUT will NEVER go back and DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!NO STARS AT ALL BUT COULDNT POST WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST ONE STAR

I will allow you to come to your own conclusion and I'll just tell the story. We rented a bounce house, 2 dozen chairs, and 4 tables from this company. They came to deliver it between the expected time and everything looked great. They was supposed to pick this equipment up by 10am the next day; however, that did not happen. I called the owner at 330pm the day after our event and asked if he was coming to pick up his equipment. He told me, "Ohh, I called you. My guy's truck broke down and he can't come today". I told him we did not receive a phone call and I gave him the alternate number to call again. He asked if we could hold on to the equipment until the next day and he would pick it up at 8 am. I explained how this would be an inconvenience because at this point all the equipment is stuffed into my SUV. I did not feel comfortable driving around with his equipment in my SUV. He said he understood and apologized for the inconvenience. By 10 am the following day, the equipment was still in my truck and I had to unload it to my garage to drive to a business meeting. I spoke to the owner and he apologized but said there is nothing he could do and it's out of his control. He said he appreciated my patience. I told him at this point it's becoming a big inconvenience and I would like to discuss some type of refund. I told him the equipment will have to stay in my garage because I did not want to leave it outside. He agreed we would discuss a refund and asked what time I could be available. I told him I could be home at 2 pm if they called me 20 to 30 minutes prior. He agreed. I was able to make it back home a little before 2pm but noticed I did not get a phone call. At 2pm, the driver rang my doorbell to pick up the equipment. I asked the driver if the owner said anything about a refund and he told me no. I called the owner and he told me he never agreed to a refund and that everything he promised me, he gave me. I explained to him that I was forced to park my vehicle for a day and a half with his equipment in it to prevent it from being left outside. I then made plans with you on two separate occasions to pick it up and you failed at both of those times. I also made changes to my schedule to ensure you could pick your equipment up and would be able to rent it again. He apologized and said it wasn't his fault and he's not going to give me a refund.
