Hunters Run Apartments
I have lived here for 3 years and i have seen the apartments come up in stature. There is only one maintenance man and he does what he can to keep the property up. There is sometimes trash on the grounds but we can only do so much. The apartments themselves have been upgraded and are very nice. The manager is nice and friendly and tries to help everyone as much as she can.

Plaza Square Apartments
I have only lived at Plaza Square since July of last year. Up until now it was a decent place to live for the price. Only recently it's become a nightmare. I find it remarkable that one spiteful manager in her newly acquired position of perceived authority can taint the atmosphere of an entire complex. I am not the only person she (Charolette) harasses over the most petty issues. Although this should come as no surprise to me in that she is a shining example of pettiness in and of itself. Without boring you with the specific details regarding my set of circumstances, I will advise anyone reading this review as well as anyone I come in contact with who might consider Plaza Square for their next resident to turn and run (don't walk) fast and far in the opposite direction. Management is now irrational, hateful and impossible to deal with. In addition to the hateful attitudes you will be required to deal with they are known to try and violate their own terms as written in the lease in a blatant attempt to steal your money. I have had no single good experience with this particular seemingly now power-hungry bitter "manager." If you want to do business with warm caring but most importantly rational managers then avoid Plaza Square as you would avoid the plague. Every organization I have dealt with in regard to the changes I have been required to make until now have been so very compassionate and understanding to include the Public Housing Authority as well as my cell phone carrier. I can only hope that management at Plaza Square find themselves dealing with circumstances beyond their control and are treated with the same hostility and disdain with which they have treated me.

Crestwood Terrace Apartments
I lived at Crestwood Terrace for almost two years. I enjoyed them for the most part, however, they were not the best. Every time it would rain my ceiling would leak. When I say "leak", I mean huge water damaged areas about two feet in diameter on the ceiling of the bathroom and main bedroom. From this, my ceiling remained soggy, the paint on my wall bubbled up from the excess water and black mold began to grow. I notified maitenance multiple times and they did quick fixes that held up until it rained again. This became an ongoing issue until I wrote a letter to the property manager demanding proper quality repairs. While I lived at Crestwood, my vehicle was broken into twice and side swiped by another resident. On top of those issues, the young lady working in the front office is very rude. I will not be recommending this apartment complex to anyone else ever again.

Tuscany Apartment Homes
I never had any issues with my neighbors in Tuscany Apartments. These rental apartments provide comfort living. The apartments are located close to public transportation facilities. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the apartment needs minor improvements considering the growing lifestyle in San Angelo.

Bellagio At Sunset
We lived in Bellagio Apartments in San Angelo while my husband was in tech school. We had a crazy, loud neighbor and she annoyed us, rest was okay. Otherwise, we never had any problems with the facilities including public transportation. Also, these apartments are fully secure, and that’s why my spouse decided to stay here.

Harvard House Apartments
I have lived here for 4 years and things have gone from okay to bad. The apartments are almost 50 years old and deteriorating. Have frequent hot water problems. New management took over in July and they are terrible. I haven't gotten one bill that is right. Full of phony charges plus they are now adding administration fees. Office closed for weeks at a time and one week they even had a maid filling in! I will be moving when my lease is up! This isn't a place anyone should want to move to.

Harvard House Apartments
Absolutely horrible place to live. The new management here is awful. We've received charges for things we've already paid multiple times, the office is never there, and the community manager, Krystal, walks around and threatens people with charges and eviction over minor infractions. Everybody in this apartment complex is miserable because of the management. We have yet to receive a copy of our lease (despite asking multiple times) and suspect that some of our initials may have been forged by office staff. I would not let my worst enemy live here. It's just not worth it.

Just a moment...
