Where do I even begin?? Well, I moved into this apartment complex in May of this year, and I have loved every second here since. First and foremost, the staff here are absolutely amazing. I haven't met them all, but Emily, Becca, and Roxanne have been incredibly kind and helpful from day one! Actually, they were all very helpful even before I moved here! Not only that, they are all very very kind, and you can tell that they truly care about the residents living here. Whenever I have a question, request, issue, or anything of that sort, they are willing to help me in any way that they can. I have had minor maintenance requests that I've needed fixing in my apartment, and the repairs are done in no time! Often times, they are repaired within the SAME day that the requests are made! Seriously, it blows my mind how quickly things are addressed and taken care of. It shows me how much the staff cares about their residents, and I am extremely grateful for it. My apartment was in great condition upon my move-in; it was cleaned properly, and ready for me to occupy it. The grounds are kept well landscaped, cleaned, and maintained. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and I always feel safe here. The neighbors are kind, friendly, and quiet. Not only that, there is always something cool going on here! For example, they have "resident appreciation days" where they will hand out free ice cream, or breakfast, or something of that sort! And there have been times where they play a movie under the stars, have a pool party, and so on! I seriously love this place. I love living here, and I will continue to renew my lease for as long as I can. It is a wonderful place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone!
I love Country Lake! It is always kept clean and pretty. If you have children it is a fantastic place for them to find friends! There is a Beautiful pond too! The ducks attract our grandkids to visit. The design gives a roomy feel with wide hallways. The master bedroom is big enough to fit a king size bed plus have room left over for a grandchildren's play area. I've lived here going on 2 years we haven't had problems. Jenni and her staff are very friendly and helpful they go out of the way to help you. Maintenance is quick to come fix problems and they clean up after they are done they are efficient and very skilled in their jobs. I can always expect a hello when I see any of the staff on the grounds. The community is now gated and I love it! I often use their business center. Great pricing for a two bed two bath apartment. Excellent location. Nice pool. The apartments have all the creature comforts I enjoy, gas stove, fireplace, lots of storage, covered paring, washer dryer hook up for full size machines, central heat and air and a huge balcony. Also, importantly, the units are very quiet.
Marmalade Hill Apartments are clean and well-maintained. The closet and storage areas are spacious. Shelves built into the walls for DVDs and other things are very useful. I’ve observed no pest problems. The manager, Heather, is the best. She is kind and approachable, willing and eager to help and solve any problems. Heather handles business promptly and efficiently. She wants the residents to be happy. She's extremely pleasant and easy to work with! The maintenance man, Stan, is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help with whatever you need. Any issues brought up are resolved right away. The landscape is well-maintained. It is close to downtown and freeway access is two blocks away. It is also located by several parks. There is a nice library and the dollar store right down the street! The apartment complex is pet friendly and the pet owners are responsible. The neighbors are warm, inviting, and accepting. As a friend of residents who live there and a frequent visitor, I highly recommend apartment seekers to look into Marmalade Hill Apartments!
My family signed a home buyer agreement that will let us out of the lease if we find a house! Great idea. The office is very friendly and the maintenance staff is the best we've ever had. We had 3 maintenance issues that were are handled the same day we called. My daughter loves the ducks in the pond. If you're looking for a well-kept apartment for not a bad price, move here! Our covered parking stall is just outside our apartment, and there is plenty of additional parking nearby. They spend money to keep the outside nice: new paint this year also water fountains were put in the two brooks running through the property. The landscaping is very well maintained. Management is on top of things, and if they can’t answer the phone and I have to leave a message they call right back with what I needed to know. They also replaced our dish washer without us asking before we moved in. Everyone minds their own business and are pretty friendly. We will stay here until we buy a house. Pool is super nice and I love swimming there. The clubhouse is great too!!
I have had very few issues within the apartment over the past year, but the few I have had were all dealt with immediately. On the rare instances where something needed fixing, they always thanked me kindly and genuinely for bringing it to their attention; I have never felt like a nuisance, but rather, a valued member of the Royal Farms community. The Grounds Crew has always been very cheerful and professional as well; they always wish me a good morning when I see them. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained. They recently added a dog park and our dog absolutely loves it. The complex is a turn away from the major highways so commuting to work is really fast. We have been fortunate enough to have great mountain views from our apartment. I have never had issues trying to find parking spaces, there are always plenty for guests too which is nice. I never have an issue with noise in the area or in my apartment. There is a great mix of residence from younger adults to old. I would absolutely give them the highest recommendation!
Ledingham properties took over the lease of a property that myself and several other housemates had been renting for two years. They took care of more issues and offered more clear communication in the brief period of managing our rental than the previous leasing agency had the entire time we had been there. They worked with the owner to extend our lease for a month because of some unavoidable issues that prevented us from moving earlier. They performed a very fair inspection of the house condition when we left even though we didn't sign a lease that they wrote in the beginning. RaNae was completely willing to work with me in letting me know what their expectations were for cleaning and repair and she was impeccably honest with me about my expectations for the work I put in to that so no one was left on the losing end of a difficult situation. The honesty and willingness to communicate that Ledingham Properties acted with is something I wish I experienced much more often.
I have lived here for approximately 15 yrs. and I love the location and accommodations with this complex. Settlers Point Apartments is a great place to live! I personally have never had any problems as far as Loud Parties, Problem Neighbors etc. Everyone is so respectful of each other. Any repairs are done quickly, but truly I haven't had many needing to be done. Management has always been willing to help if I have questions etc. Would definitely recommend others to live here. In fact, I have had friends move in. The Apartments are nice. The grounds and outside is clean and the area is quite. It is well worth the rent for the safety and quality of service we get living here! The cost of living is very affordable. The location is great and we can easily access 3 different freeway entrances within 5 minutes. The pet fee is also affordable. The new apartment group has been remodeling apartments that look really new and appealing to live in.
I have lived at this property for 3 years. DeAndre and his staff are friendly, fast , helpful, and reliable when it comes to apartment repairs, moving you in, and finding places you need in the area you live in. The neighbors are the same, too. Aspenwood Apartments is a great place for you and your family and pets. If you name it, they pretty much have it for you. The maintenance team is AMAZING as they come in and get things fixed and are in and out. Not only do they fix things, they tell you how it broke and how to keep it from breaking again. They also take excellent care of the landscaping. They have security available to handle complaints after the office closes. They take care of noise issues, suspicious activity and watch the property to prevent crimes. They do fun little summer activities and if you are ever late on rent, they work with you as long as you let them know in advance.
Solara Apartments is a great place to live! Jetsy and the leasing agents make this place lovely. Management is so friendly, understanding, and willing to work with you. I still live here and I love it! Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. After searching around town for apartments for 2 weeks I had begun to think that apartment communities just want application fees and did not seem to care if you rented from them or not. Solara Apartment management, however, helped me work though my minor hang-ups and worked with me to get the apartment. We're very happy with our apartment. Words can't express how amazing management and maintenance are! The apartments are as nice as any other apartments I've visited. They are in a perfect location near downtown. I walk my dog here every day. I really love the environment, the pool, the playground and the friendly staff.
Precept Properties manages a 6-plex apartment building and a single family rental condominium for me. Marlyn had been managing the properties for the past number of years and has done a fantastic job keeping them in good repair and rented. She handles the city inspections and licensing and everything else that needs to be done including the recent construction of a new garage for the tenants of the 6-plex apartment building. Precept Properties is very timely with their monthly and annual statements that are complete, comprehensive, understandable and accurate. Marlyn is very available and responsive to questions and requests for assistance. I appreciate all Marlyn and Precept do for their tenants and clients and give them my highest praise recommendation.
