VASA Fitness West Valley
I was a client of the head trainer Kyle Fall. I had a great experience with personal training. I had set goals when I first signed up and then suffered a knee injury which I thought would side track my goals. Kyle really helped me to still reach my goals while preventing further injury. I highly recommend Kyle as a trainer!

Planet Fitness
I had just started my first trial month here and my 13 year old and I would go together. Well I went in the gym with my son and after a couple minutes in there I realized I had left my phone out in the car. I went out to get it telling my son I would be right back and when I get to my phone in the car it is ringing. The gym was already calling me saying that I had abandoned my son in the gym. I went back in and was very upset that they wouldn’t listen to my explanation of what had just happen and instead of listening they promptly cancelled my membership and kick me out just because I went out to my car for a cell phone. Worst manager of a gym I have ever seen and terrible treatment of customers avoid at all costs. I also tried to complain to the corporate office but they did nothing about it and were completely useless

Absolutely terrible people. I am an Albanian female and my 3 year old daughter had a fever of 103 and this pharmacy is owned by old Greeks and they said they would fill my needs this once because my daughter was so sick but never to come back in their pharmacy again. Terrible terrible people.

Gociman, Barbu R, MD
Dr. Gociman is professional, careful, passionate and kind. I am a very difficult case with a needed lip reconstruction. No other doctor is willing to help me. DR. Gociman understands my need to become me again. He is so kind, yet blunt and I trust his capabilities.

Aspire Health and Wellness Clinic
I came to Aspire Health and Wellness on a referral from my nutritional therapist. I'd been having adrenal fatigue, anxiety, general aches and pains and wasn't able to move my left hip due to multiple pregnancies. I'd never had chiropractic work or acupuncture before so was apprehensive as to how it would help. Dr. Bell was so great to explain how the muscles hold the bones in place and how mine had shifted. After just my first adjustment I felt like a new person! I have mobility not just in my hip but he corrected my shoulders from old tennis injuries/ playing as well as two badly jammed/ sprained toes I thought would never heal. I went back for the blood analysis and saw for myself that my blood was indeed sluggish and needed to be cleaned up. A month after taking the digestive enzyme and cleaning up my eating I saw and felt a world of difference in my blood analysis. Dr. Bell was even surprised at how much better it was!! With the acupuncture I only did it twice but I've felt so much less anxiety and mood swings and feel like I'm more in control of my life! Thank you Dr. Bell and Aspire Health for giving me tools to become my best self!

Great care about the patient. Efficient and friendly staff. Check in could be a little more efficient. Maybe arrange the entrance so you don't disturb the other people.

Andersen, Claire E
If Dr. Andersen were the only provider in the state and I had to choose between going to her or having my child left untreated, I would choose the latter. As a parent and member of the medical profession, I have never been so disappointed in another "professional." Dr. Andersen appears to have and checklist that is in no way personally tailored to any patient. She wasted our time, our child's and our other medical providers. We absolutely love the children's center--not Claire Andersen.

Dr Chism is amazing! He took the time to explain my exam to me in detail and he really cares about his patients.
Tips & Advices
A meal replacement is a substitute for a meal, typically a drink or a bar. While processed meal replacements have a set number of calories, many are high in added sugar and low in protein, fiber and healthy fats.
Appetite suppressants, like all drugs, have side effects, so read the fine print and discuss potential side effects with a medical professional before taking them. Stimulant-type drugs can cause insomnia, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, drug dependence and abuse, and withdrawal symptoms. Drugs that work to prevent fat absorption can cause gas, soft stools, and oily spotting. Diet pills that affect neurotransmitters are associated with headache, nausea and vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, and dizziness.
People generally lose weight gradually and steadily (about 1 to 2 pounds per week) if they stick to a calorie-controlled plan. Increasing exercise can increase weight loss.
Medical weight loss is supervised by a medical professional and targets the causes of obesity and weight gain. Treatments can run the gamut, from diet and nutrition to pills and surgery, but the goal is to help the patient achieve and maintain a healthy weight for life.
Many people can see results in one to two weeks if they stick to their plan. Weight loss results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as starting size and caloric intake level. Including exercise in the program can accelerate weight loss.
