J. Kent Griffiths, DSW
Dr. Griffiths and I have been working together for over 12 years after having been with a previous (not-so-great) therapist. He has worked with me as dealt with my father's death, grad school, relocating for work, and most recently, relationship issues. He is a great listener and asks questions and provides his input in our sessions. I may not always agree with his input but it is always something that I take into consideration. I know I can ask for his opinion and he freely provides it. Dr. Griffiths cares deeply for his clients well-being. In my current situation, he has been truly concerned about my emotional state and has expressed in concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Griffiths to anyone who needs an objective person to help them muddle through life. It is not an easy process but it helps to know that Dr. Griffiths is one of your cheerleaders.

Demers Mental Health
I am a mental health counselor here in Salt Lake City. Shaun Demers is THE #1 person I recommend. He listens very well and is thorough. He does not push medications but instead sees them as one of many options. He is great at following up and very responsive. I give Demers Mental Health five stars for only one reason - they've earned them. ~Frank Clayton, LPC

Kent is a very good doctor, I appreciate the time he takes to listen to me. Sometimes it is through other venues and he is considerate to respond with positive and focused feedback. I would recommend him to anyone of my associates that would ask for a recommendation.
