I've never had such a dedicated salesman as Hyrum Strong. As someone that shops around a lot to make sure I get the best deal possible, let me assure you that Hyrum will do everything in his power to get you an amazing deal. Which is made possible by all the rebates that Ken Garff is willing to do.I was sold on Hyundai (especially the Elantras) in 2010 when I did months of research to find out what would be the best car for me. Elantras have won numerous awards for safety and just generally being amazing vehicles. I learned back then that Hyundai's are generally less expensive to repair than, say, the Honda I had been tempted by. They're incredibly reliable. I put 70,000 miles on my 2010, and never had to do any repairs. At an average of 32 miles per gallon, you're only really going to beat the fuel economy by going hybrid (which you could get a hybrid Sonata, by the way).What I didn't realize when I meandered onto the lot was how much Elantras have changed in the four years since I bought my first. Hyrum was very well educated on the new features that Hyundai has adopted. But it wasn't just that which made Hyrum an excellent person to work with, it was the fact that he listened. When I explained that I suck at backing up, he responded by showing me the upgrade from the base model that has a back up camera. When I said I didn't need certain features, we moved on to the car that had what I'd asked for. I don't like being sold things I don't need, and I didn't need to ever explain that to Hyrum. He taught me the pros and cons of features instead of just proclaiming that I needed it all.I don't think I need to go off on all of the features Hyundai has added (since Hyrum can do that for you). I would like to mention, though, that Hyrum taught me how to use the features. Instead of just saying "The new Elantras have Shiftronic!" he explained to me what it was. I think we've all had experiences with salespeople that didn't really know much about the product. I had the opposite experience with Hyrum, he knew about each of the features and was able to point them out on our test drive.Having said all this, I have one final word of praise to give Hyrum. Patience. He had to wait for me as I called my dad, then my mom, then my brother, then my brother in law.... and then wait for my mom to arrive on the scene with the intent (which she admitted immediately) of talking me out of buying a new car. A typical salesman would try to get me away from my mom, the dissenter. Or they would have warped things to be in their favor. But Hyrum showed that he truly wanted what was best for me. He could see that I had the situation handled and didn't try to get in between us, and offered help when I needed it. And in the end... my mom agreed it was the best decision to make. She even offered me money to help out with buying the car.A good salesman is looking out for you, making sure that you're pleased, not only with the experience, but with the result. Hyrum has made sure that I'm taken care of. When I've had questions about the car, he's been more than happy to answer them. I am in love with my car, and Ken Garff Hyundai has made a life long customer.

Pallet Bistro
Been here twice, mixed reviews.The first time I went, I really enjoyed Pallet and for $26, I thought the steak was really delicious and the sides were great!This time, I ordered the halibut special and it was mediocre at best. When my server asked how I enjoyed it, I told her it wasn't my favorite and she asked if I wanted to try something else. Great customer service if you ask me! And my glass was never empty. Speaking of, they serve soft drinks in jars! Great details like this are awesome in the space. It's a super hip, vintage feel with fantastic lighting. The gnocchi is the best I have ever had--less pasta-y and more dumpling-y. Great sauce, slightly sweet. The truffle fries are good, but not fabulous. The seating is "community" seating which means you could end up sitting by complete strangers which is great if you are a people person ...and I am not. My first visit I watched the ladies next to me give me constant eye rolls. The second time I went, I called ahead for a private table ...and totally felt like a celeb! (Worth it!)

I bought my BMW from them. It drives like a dream! When I took it on a Test Drive I noticed that the spark plug light was on. I decided to buy the car. In the contract they said that after service dept. looks at car If they see they need replacing they will do so. It has been 7 months since I bought the car, during that time I only put maybe 2,000 miles. This month I put a long drive on the car out to Oregon. I started having a lot of issues with the car. Mostly just small things. One of the problems was the spark plug light and also ma misfire. The shop showed me the plugs and said they need replacing. I was hmm, I guess the service guys did not change them. After a call back to Ken Garff Hyundai, I spoke to the main guy, and guess what; he is making good and paying to have them to be replaced!!! Yea they didnt do it the first time and they could of told me to kick rocks its been 7 months. This is why customer service is top notch here. Thanks guys!!!

I have been going here for nearly a year because they had much better customer service than Salt Lake Vapors on the kiddie corner. I bought a juice which he failed to specify would not smoke or work very well in my expensive vapor system. Alkaline he said was great flavor and organic. I didn't have time to look for something cheaper than an $11!! Dollar bottle in the flavor I needed. I had to be at work shortly. I tried this juice and out tastes like a blueberry plastic air freshener for a car. I figured they would take car of me since I had never asked for a return before and I was in there all of the time. He just tried to tell me how good it was and how natural it was. DOES IT MATTER? I.DID. NOT. LIKE. IT! So in the end this manager lost several hundreds of dollars to one $10 refund for a very loyal and regular customer who had never asked before.

Murray Smoke shop is very helpful they do their best to satisfy all customer needs we were recently waited on by a cute dark haired girl a younger age and was willing to show us the majority of the store before we made our choice to buy customer service is a #1 for me between her and the other lady there they helped a line of customers and spoke to each one as if they were friends and had visited many times. Great atmosphere and great products can't wait till i need something else or need more Ejuice they carry a wide line and everything i have tried i have liked. Thanks Guys you are some of the nicest none judgmental folks i have met......

First of all these guys are just awesome!!! I have been a customer for about a year now and every time I go in to make changes or pay a bill I feel so welcome there. From the first person I see to the last person I see I enjoy talking to!! I had called around all day looking for a good insurance rate and when I called these guys and new right away that they were who I wanted to get insurance through. They were so much nicer then the other places I called. They had way better rates. I was able to get insurance that day over the phone!!! I will be a loyal customer for life!!!

Love love love this place, the employees, the atmosphere, the inventory, and selection. There are books about many things you're unable to find elsewhere, there are amazing stones, crystals and works of art to leave you breathless! If I'm just even having a bad day, I stop by, walk in, feel the warm loving atmosphere, take in a few deep breaths and things just seem a little better! Then I get even more happy that I am there so I can shop! :) My first few times ever coming in, the girls were so kind and gave me a strand of friendship beads...I treasure them...

Awesome place. 100 beers in bottle, 30 beers on tap. Lunch menu was 14 different kinds of sausage with 7 different toppings (choice of 2) and French fries with 5 different dipping sauces (choice of 2). Yes, it's a simple menu, but it quality and it's easy. Awesome. Staff very knowledgeable about beer recommendations - I like IPAs but wanted to try local. Had a 2nd row Acceleration IPA - clean, crisp, hoppy single and a 2nd Row Random IPA - red rye double, full flavor, good hop, excellent double. Both were quality recommendations.

I bought what I felt was a rather expensive vape device. I used it for 6 weeks, about 10 times, and it broke. Guy working in the store was very sympathetic but really couldn't do anything. He said the owner will be in tomorrow. When I went back the owner wasn't there but another woman who said that the owner told her to take back my broken device and give me a new one. THIS WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO ! I will recommend and shop at this store again.
