DGreen Landscape
My property is .25 acres and it needed its old sod removed, new sod installed, and a new sprinkler system installed. I also needed my park strip scraped and filled with new rock. When I first met with Ernesto, I think he could pick up on my extreme caution with working with landscaping companies. He obliged me by stopping by several times to go over more of my questions and planning before I decided to hire his company. I remember him saying on the last visit "Don't worry, we will take care of you. You'll be proud of your yard when we are done". He was spot on and I am happy to say I am proud of my yard. Ernesto and his team did an excellent job. Customer service with him and Kelli is top rate and they put me at ease. Even after payment, Ernesto came back and replaced two or three sod squares that were struggling. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future!

Diamond Tree Experts
The estimator that came out was very professional and knew what he was talking about. I felt very safe with having my tree work done by Diamond, my trees were in good hands! They kept me up to date during the scheduling process and I even got the day that I requested. The crew arrived on the day did the work to my expectations and cleaned my yard better than it was when they arrived. The only thing I may have to say is that they were quite busy, almost a month out from when I got my bid done, I guess now I see that's because of the great work that they do! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Urban Oaks Tree Service
After giving me a quote they would cut the trees down to the cement. Each day after I emptied my plant box they said they would could, but never did. They also did not clean up the mess they created and left tools at my house.

Prestige Tree & Landscape
Tyler, the owner of prestige tree and landscape hires illegals and overcharged me for a simple tree removal. I was very dissatisfied with the service. The only positive id say was they did the job in less than an hour. hence the two stars

Advanced Tree
They deserve no STARS. Very unprofessional. I had an appointment to get my tree cut (3 weeks wait time), the day of service (a Monday) they called to reschedule to 1 week later, since it rained the night before and that their worker CHRIS was too busy. However, it cleared early that day. I mentioned we needed to get it done this week, after several calls, they rescheduled for 3 days later. with a different worker. The night before, the estimator CHRIS calls me and said he made a mistake, his boss came by the house and thought the job should be DOUBLE the estimate. When I question him about why he was sent to do the estimate if he does not know how do them. He told me He is an estimator and this is his job. However, his estimate is wrong. When I complained of the situation he told me I was crazy and hug up. Now they have BLOCKED all their phones. So much for customer service or being dependable. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ESTIMATE and good luck if they show up.

GF Landscaping
Gerardo came in and fixed several of my sprinkler valves and ran the wire for a broken area. He also removed ALL my ugly Aspen trees and several other unsightly trees. I will be using him again shortly to have him help me fix the landscaping in my front and back yard. I truly appreciate his honest hard work. And look forward to his vision for my poor yard.

Keith's Professional Landscaping Services
They are absolutely amazing! I love the work that they do and in a timely manner. If there is ever a problem, Keith sends a crew to do sprinkler repairs or helped me even unload a uhaul. He does whatever he can to help you out!
Tips & Advices
Employers must conduct all required training in a language and vocabulary that workers can understand. Training must demonstrate the hazards of operating certain machinery, like stone cutters and splitters, as well as how to use them appropriately. It's important to verify that your landscape contractor has taken the necessary steps to fully train its personnel and that the appropriate safety precautions are in place.
Check the specific regulations for your area, and verify that your contractor has the necessary licenses. These may include a state contractor's license, pesticide license, CDL driver's license and license to sell and purchase nursery stock.
Landscape work is not cheap, so it's in your best interest to make sure that it's done to your requirements and that you get the best contractor to do the job. Homeowners should know how much they'll need to pay for the contractor's service as well as how they will be billed for this work. Ask about any design fees, if quoted prices are fixed or estimates, and what the payment process will be. Clarifying these items in the beginning will prevent any surprise expenses.
Yes. Homeowners should require that the contractor submit certificates verifying compliance with safety, insurance, workers' compensation and drug and alcohol testing programs. This will give you peace of mind that the contractor has gone through all the steps under industry regulations.
Yes. Every good contractor should have a list of recently completed jobs that you can see in their portfolio. They should also have a list of references that you can contact, or properties that you can see in person.
