Loss of Molar to Wrongful Tx, Falsified RecordsWent to Ludlow for painful molar, rancid smell, and mucus from mouth. He thinks Sx due to sinus problems and notes “Dr review image & saw no sign of decay and root structures look sound...” However, no image was taken that day. I’m sick as a dog, per Ludlow’s Dx I suffer through intense Bactrim and then Azithromycin Txs but Sx increase. Weeks later an endodontist notes, “Obvious infection” and two days later an oral surgeon notes the tooth is carious, infected, decayed, & non-restorable. Surgeon didn’t’ think the tooth would last long enough to reschedule: it was extracted within the hour. Even without pain and a rancorous smell, how can a carious tooth not be detected? Note, the dental probe surrounding the lost molar on first exam with Ludlow was 3.2.3: the molar most likely could have been saved. I wrote to Ludlow explaining my ill health post untreated molar root infection X 5 weeks. His response: None

Surprisingly awful experience, especially after three years of positive service. Emergency call went unanswered (requiring a follow-up to even get a response). No show on the day of the appointment (left after 40 minutes). Receptionist argumentative and accusatory. Very surprising, unprofessional experience. Won't go back, won't have my family go back.

Canyon Rim Dental Salt Lake
The dentists and staff here are simply amazing. They are so kind and really take the time to get to know you. I've been to offices where you can tell they only care about the money, you definitely don't get that feeling here. I highly recommend this office to all of my friends in the Salt Lake City area!

Bishop Family Dental
This is a very clean and friendly facility. Everything is sterilized and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to get my autistic son calm and he let them numb him without a problem! This is the first time in 10 years where that's happened! I can't say enough good things about the practice. They also warranty all work. So if you do have any crown/work you need touched up, they will do it for free, covered under their warranty.

I had a very good experience here. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is excellent. He was very fast and was able to do everything without me feeling anything. I have brought my entire family here and would recommend them to anyone else.

Terrible all the way around! Dr Jason Hodge sold me a $250 night guard I prob didn't even need when I told him I was going to be getting braces. He promised he would remake it for me after he did my braces. Now he won't do it unless I pay for another night guard. Get EVERYTHING in writing! got 3 quotes for braces over 2 years I was seeing him and each time it went up more than $1,000! He wouldn't make me a retainer that I had already prepaid for with my braces because he "couldn't do that". I already paid for it! A year later I'm still getting bills sent to me from visits where the insurance didn't pay and threats that it will be sent to collections. I've called several times to work it out and was told to ignore them. Finally I got a call saying I actually did owe the money for medicated mouth wash that I was told would be $20 and I paid out of pocket for in the office. But apparently it really cost $50 and so now I had to pay the difference. Don't go to Dr Hodge!!!

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
