MediCruiser Family Practice & House Calls
When i went there years ago they were very good at helping me. And with the antidepressants and outher medications they gave me and outhers, well it's for a reason. The head MD is a very intelligent person his research on medications and outher drugs is unbelievable. His book in the office I got a chance to take one home and the research he put into that book was incredible. Depression and mood is very much part of underlining pain control. The people who wrote bad reviews just didnt get there fix, ya your just junkies and they know there not stupid its what the do dayday in day out. So that is my 2 cents. Thanks Mike Mead.

Tibro Medical Inc
I have been dealing with this company for the last two years since being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I have not run into any problems, The staff are always courteous, replenishment supplies always on time. when I initially had problems with sizing of masks they responded with various sizes to try at no charge and were helpful guiding me as what to look for which made a large difference in the comfort and effectiveness. I have no financial interests with this company and work in a hospital. Not sure what the other folks ran into but I have never had these issues.

Oberg, Thomas J, MD
I am turning 40 this year and starting to notice that I'm looking older, but I've always been reluctant to try botox or fillers because I didn't want to look unnatural or "overdone". But now I am so glad I saw Dr. Oberg and let him help me look younger! I'm so happy with the result and don't feel that the look is artificial at all. Dr. Oberg is very skilled, and I'm very glad I actually saw a plastic surgeon to have this done. He also has a very kind bedside manner. I will definitely be going back!

Dr Izzy's Chiro Stop
Dr Ken took the time to sit down with me for a serious talk about my health condition and the bleak future awaiting me unless I take control over my diet and the sedentary life style.I heeded his words.Eight months later I weigh 90 lbs less and my blood pressure dropped from 148/110 to 105/70. No pills. I just did what he told me and today I feel like 20 years younger ...!Dr Ken says it right: "If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?"Thank you Doc! :)

Oberg, Thomas J, MD
Dr. Tom Oberg is a remarkable physician whose professionalism and warmth translates into exceptional service. When you find a physician who values your story, your individual standpoint, as they conceive a treatment plan, it is unique and worthy of respect. Dr. Oberg provides that level of care and should be applauded for it—something we don’t do enough of with doctors.

Oberg, Thomas J, MD
I was miserable. I had tried everything to help my dry eyes. Finally my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Oberg. Dr. Oberg literally solved my problem in one office visit, I can't believe how easy and painless it was! That was over two years ago, and my eyes are functioning normally to this day. I'm so grateful I met him. Thank you Dr. Oberg!

Holverson, Jeffrey, MD
He is kind, professional, patient, and most of all concerned. He doesn't just give you five min. N push you out the door, he listens he evaluates, he explains n then let's you decide if what he suggests the plan of treatment should be is something that you the patient feels ok with. He honestly cares. By far the best.

Gociman, Barbu R, MD
Dr. Gociman is professional, careful, passionate and kind. I am a very difficult case with a needed lip reconstruction. No other doctor is willing to help me. DR. Gociman understands my need to become me again. He is so kind, yet blunt and I trust his capabilities.

Dr. Jared Cooper-Advanced Low Vision Care
Had problems getting a call back at first, but once the doctor got my messages the care was fast and effective. Only advice I'd give is to keep at his answering service, they can be very slow passing on information.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
