Overall very happy with the buying experience. We visited 4 dealerships, some of them multiple times, looking at a variety of makes and models. Matt Wilson was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable and personable sales person we encountered. Within about 60 seconds of meeting us he had used a few key questions to identify exactly the trim we would want and quickly got us test driving. He made the experience fun and answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction.We told him we didn't plan to purchase for another month. Matt checked in with us regularly via email to let us know he was available to answer an new questions that might come up. He made sure to let us know he was not wanting to pressure us in any way, and asked if the amount of contact felt appropriate. What a contrast to the other dealerships that sent a single email or text to say thanks for coming in (or in one case did nothing at all), and never followed up in any personal way that made us feel they really wanted our business.It was clear that Matt knows and loves the cars, and knows and loves working with people. We were very grateful to get him as our salesperson, and immediately felt loyal to him. Karen Burns in finance also was a pleasure to work with and made the money part of the experience feel smooth and comfortable. You guys have a great team, and I would definitely recommend the experience to a friend.

Mike Hale Acura
My salesman, Jake Wade, was nice enough, but started 'negotiations' at $2200 above the price advertised online. Once I pointed this out, he quickly backtracked when there was 'no way' he could go down on price before. I secured my own financing for the vehicle, and requested that they not run any inquiries on my credit report. The next day, I woke up with 9 new inquiries on my report from various auto finance companies, and they have done NOTHING to help remove/reverse these unauthorized credit inquiries. I also traded in my previous Honda, and two weeks later the credit union (also in Utah) hasn't received a payoff check despite me hearing 'the check was mailed four days ago' multiple times. However, they were very quick to cash the check I gave them for the new car. While signing the final paperwork, I overheard two salepeople talking about a customer that just left. They called him a "f**king idiot" for not knowing the exact mileage on his tradein. The Acura is nice, but I've never had a worse buying experience. I'll definitely go elsewhere when I'm in the market for a new car.

However, I waited a couple months and “of course” I ended up in a situation where I had to have major repairs done ot my car due to a gravel truck dropping gravel out on the freeway and pelting my car so much that it cost almost $6,000 to fix!! So when the repairs were complete I drove it straight to ClearBra.The experience was awesome! Dan and John were so great to work with and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. They also are so good about customer service that I was told to come back in a month and have them look it over just in case any adjustments or anything needed to be made… Seriously?? I thought that was so cool and very unlike what I usually get these days for customer service.Thanks again!!

D Dahle Mazda is the best dealership I have ever worked with. All of the salesmen are so helpful and knowledgable about all their cars, and always willing to do whatever it takes to get their customers a car that fits their personal and financial needs. The building is very clean, and the front desk receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to work with Matt Rosner when buying my car, and he was willing to stay late to meet with me, he was very knowledgable about all of the cars we looked at, and didn't make me feel pressured or bullied like other dealerships tend to do. He showed me that Mazdas are great, safe, family-friendly cars with qualities I wouldn't be able to find in another vehicle. I am extremely impressed wit D Dahle Mazda and everyone who works there. I won't ever go anywhere else to buy a car, and appreciate all of the pressure-free help I received.

Quality Tire Company
I just purchased a set of the new BFG KO 2s from these guys. I was calling around shopping prices for the KO2 and I called Quality and my call was answered by Steve. He was very knowledgeable about the KO2 and offered me a great price. I decided to go with Quality because they seemed to know more about this tire than any of the other dealers I called. I'm glad I found these guys! They seem to do a lot of tire work for semi trucks but they seem to know a lot about pickup tires also. They installed my tires quickly and even gave me a free alignment check. They told me my alignment was fine and they didn't try to pressure me into getting an alignment I didn't need. They also made sure my TPMS sensors were reset after the new tires were installed. The free fountain drinks in there waiting room was a nice bonus! Thanks again Steve for taking such good care of me and my truck!

I have been taking my vehicles here for a few years for major to minor fixes like transmission issues, leaks, tune up, shocks, brakes, Including awesome prices on Emission and Inspection/ registration renewals and I have never ever had an issue. The other day I went in with a engine issue and I am always pleasantly surprised with how reasonable and honest his prices and labor fees are $. I got a call that same night and was told the problem is a simple fix and about $50 later I was on my way. I have spoken with the owner several times regarding how fair his labor rates and labor times are, AS a customer I can say that this hard worker and mechanic shop is more than fair and honest with quality work. Affordable Transmissions
I came to this shop because I read all the good reviews online about them, and I'm so glad I did. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. They were really good about calling to give me car updates. When we hit a bump in plans and found out that the parts were going to take extra time to come in (I wouldn't have a way to my job for a couple days), they worked with me and even offered to pay for a rental car. They really work with you to make sure you are satisfied!This is a very fair place to get your car fixed and they really care about their customers. It also doesn't hurt that they have the fairest prices ;). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their car and themselves to be treated with highest care at the best value in the area!

Curby, Allen & Justin are Customer Service ALLSTARS!!! Their product is great, their technical skillset fantastic, but the take-away from the FOUR experiences I've had here in the last year are nothing short of AMAZING service. Refreshing for SLC's smallish market, especially concering automobilia. These guys saved me from a costly repair on one of my brand new cars that got a bumper scuff in parking lot. The ClearBra product made it invisible. I was very impressed and their staff is so professional - I couldn't be happier, so I brought 3 more cars to them and each experience has been equally amazing. GREAT PRODUCT & GREAT PEOPLE!!!

I recently bought a car at Mike Hale Acura and took it in to their service department for pulsating brakes. Andy (the service manager) went above and beyond to ensure outstanding service and care. Andy had the capacity to understand my frustration and provide quick solutions all with a friendly/warm demeanor. He even took the time to personally show me cool tips and tricks inside the vehicle. When asked for a shuttle ride, he provided a nice loaner vehicle for the night. In short, even after a somewhat disappointing experience with the sales dept, Mike Hale Acura's service team (specifically Andy) redeemed Mike Hale's reputation in my book!

Wade Auto Group
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Wade Auto Group. Everyone at the location is honest, straight forward, helpful, and easy to talk with. We had talked with other groups and did not feel comfortable with them like we did at Wade Auto Group. They answered all our questions, they offered extra options and did not pressure us to purchase anything. Thier product and experience did all the work. Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
