YESCO - Corporate Office
I have been very disappointed with the product that I purchased from YESCO. I purchased a double stacked 40ft digital billboard(s), and when I complain about the service, Ryan Young tells me to be glad they did business with me, and there's no one I can talk to but him. He went even further by sending me a voice message confirming that I will not be allowed to talk to anyone, but him. I would really think twice when spending 250-500K with a company that doesn't promote equality to all customers. If you need more information about my nightmare experience of one of the only two double stacks they have ever done, feel free to contact me at 888-736-0918, I'll be glad to tell you about the service and treatment I have been subjected to as owner of this product.

Maximage Printers
Maximage Printers has been a fantastic supplier to us for years. Whenever I need an order expedited they are usually always accommodating to fit it in so that we can continue commercial printing in Salt Lake City, UT business as usual.

Spilt Ink
Jeremy at Spilt Ink was extremely slow to respond to emails and ended up charging our order a ridiculous "rush" fee. He ended up dropping our order the week it was due because of his mistakes. Horrible service! Customers or service must not be his priority!

Brimley Neon
This company was difficult to deal with. We were primarily dealing with Emily Brimley. They agreed to the job and the deadline so that we had our sign for the grand opening of our business. The sign was supposed to be completed by Feb 28th for the grand opening on March 4th. The sign was finally installed on March 6th. 2 days after our Grand Opening. Emily told us that she was sick for 10 days and that's why the sign wasn't completed. She has nothing to do with production and that should not have affected the production of our sign. Her next excuse was that her crane operator was out due to a surgery. There was no accountability for missing our deadline. Everything was "out of my control". She sent a text saying she was really sorry and would "deeply discount" our sign. What she ended up discounting was 4 hours labor that should not have been charged to begin with and the mounting brackets. We were promised a discount of “almost $600.” We expressed our dissatisfaction with the experience and Emily has not taken any accountability for not meeting the deadlines. In fact she is trying to charge us more than the original quote because we are being "difficult" to deal with. We ended up using a different sign company 2 years ago when Brimley Neon failed on 2 appointments to even show up to give us a bid. We are reasonable people and are not trying to get out of paying anything. We just want to be treated fairly considering we missed out on having a sign for our building for our grand opening. We had people calling from the parking lot asking us where the store was because there was no sign on the business. When I asked Emily about this, her response was "How much $$ loss do you think your sign not being up affected you in 2 days?"Last point...if you are still reading this. I called the owner of the company and left a message on his voicemail to call me so we could work to resolve the issue before it blew out of proportion. It has been over a week and I have yet to receive a call back for resolution. Never using this company again. There are plenty of other companies out there that will do a better job!!! Keep looking.
I'm disappointed. I don't feel they offer quality service anymore. Prices are good but after awhile they took a long time to finish projects!!! Sadly I was a victim of they pushing out jobs for a couple weeks. I have used these guys for awhile. I guess I'm no longer appreciated there

Wasatch Sign
half fast, salesman was great and good at what he does. but the product isnt worth a dime.. the sign they claim to be water proof isnt and lets water in and constantly causes the lights to go out so i always have to replace them.the box sign is very flimsy and not strong at all for being metal. Tried to talk to them about it and they didnt want to do anything about it and brushed me off. Buyer beware-

Allied Electric Sign & Awning Co.
Fantastic experience! my sign looks great, done on time and under budget.Signs for Farmers are very specific and have to meet the highest standards.... No problem for Allied Electric Sign. they did the research, found the standards and made sure that the sign was made as required. I have used Allied Electric Sign for over 10 years now for all my sign needs. The graphics department designed other projects I needed some creativity on ( and I have none ) so I was thrilled that they would do that for me without charging me extra for the creation of a logo and label for another company I also operate. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the company and would recommend them to my best friends to use with the same expectation of quality professional work.
