Auto Sports Of Oregon
I have purchased all of my vehicles from Autosports of Oregon. I have alway been treated very well. Both the owners are very pleasant and helpful. The sales staff seems knowledgeable. And work very hard to find the right "used" vehicle to fit an individuals needs and price point. Although they sell Used vehicles they have always made every attempt in my experience to disclose any problems that they have knowledge of. I have always been able to take to my local mechanic to have a vehicle check out before my purchase. I know I am buying a used vehicle and since it is not brand new I do expect to have to possibly make a few repairs. Autosports I'd Oregon also offers a used car warranty that you can purchase a a very very reasonable price. Which anyone buying a used vehicle should consider since no one without a crystal ball can possibly know when a part might fail when buying a used vehicle. My experience with the folks at Autosports of Oregon has always been a positive one. I highly recommended you check them out when shopping for your next used vehicle.

Miles Imports
Bought a 99 suburban from them. 4 days later the entire shifter snapped off. I called and emailed them and didn't hear back for almost a week. By that time I had already paid out of pocket for the repair $385 and would still need to pay another $200. They said they would help me but took another week or two to get back to me. In the end the owner would only offer $100 off my first payment. The sales men there were really nice (only reason I gave 2 stars instead one 1) but I am not happy with how this worked out. I wish they could have done more. I will no longer recommend them to my friends. I wanted to buy another car from them but now I am reconsidering it.

Auto Circle
Purchased a car from Auto Circle last week. Had the best experience EVER. The customer service was awesome. A couple of days after my purchase I noticed I didn't have a spare tire. I called my salesman and he said he would contact me back with hopefully good news. The owner Tony called me and gave me a brand new spare at no charge. I couldn't believe an owner would do a customer service call and give me a brand new tire at no cost. That to says a lot for a car lot. Nothing like those sleazy lots I am use too. I will send all my friends and buy my next car from Auto Circle. Thank you to the staff and owner for the A+ experience.

Honda of Salem
I had a wonderful experience at O'Brien Auto Group in Salem. I was looking for a used car, something with low miles that I could commute back and forth with from Salem to Portland.I was excited to find a pretty nice 2009 Honda civic with only 28,000 miles. I came in to test drive the vehicle and they really rolled out the red carpet for me. I really forgot what great customer service was like.I really want to commend Honda of salem, and the O'Brien auto group for their excellent customer service and how they really pulled out all the stops for me.Thank you,Marry

Roberson Motors
My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep from Roberson Motors in Salem. The experience was amazing! From the moment we spoke to the sales over the phone, drove in to find the car we were looking at pulled up to the front ready for us, all the way through the financing we were told the truth upfront, no pressure and we wakled away thrilled with our purchase. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We wish we had done business with them sooner!

Auto Sports Of Oregon
I have bought 2 cars from these wonderful people and I tell everyone I know to go here. They are extremely friendly, willing to work with my needs and budget, and are always available to answer questions. They even installed my new licence plates! I have never had any issues with the cars my sister and I have bought that were beyond normal used car expectations. Very good people.

Salem Auto Sales
I'm so happy with the car I got from Salem Auto Sales. I was recommended to them after an accident. Great decision!
Tips & Advices
Salvage yards will have different policies regarding warranties, but, in most instances, the parts you find will be covered. Some salvage yards will offer warranties of anywhere from 90 days to six months, and may even offer the option for extended coverage.
After you've successfully found a part or multiple components, take everything up to the clerk. Inform them of what you have and pay. Avoid lying about what you have as a way to pay less. You will potentially be banned if you're found lying. You-pick salvage yards will display the prices for categories of parts. Prices may fluctuate depending on the demand. Harder-to-find items could carry a higher price tag than a brand-new one. If you are salvaging for auto parts, you might see items that are difficult to find and be able to sell them for a profit. Doing so can offset the cost of the price you're paying for the parts you personally need.
It is in your interest to call the salvage yard before arriving to see if they sell smaller components individually, because some yards do not. Some owners choose to not sell small components for financial reasons.  If salvage lots come across a door without the handle, they will have to pay extra to get the handle and attach it to the entire assembly. It is therefore cost-effective for salvage lots to sell entire assemblies.
When rummaging through a car or walking around the lot, stay aware of your surroundings. Remember, you aren't the only visitor looking to salvage parts. Other individuals are also looking for components, and not everyone works as safely as possible. If you find a car you'd like to inspect, make sure working conditions are suitable, and if anything looks suspicious or dangerous, find a safer vehicle to tear apart.
