Jerry & Larry (and crew) give hope that integrity can still be found in Salem. I was treated with prompt and professional service in a family run business atmosphere. The repairs to my Toyota far exceeded my expectations, the price was fair and the car was repaired ahead of schedule. These guys give attention to detail and made the experience one that touched a personal level. They worked with me to provide alternative transportation that fit my budget. They are honest and thorough. I truly appreciate their work. Too bad it took me 27 years to discover them; I should have asked my friends. 2-11-2013

Mike's Auto Body & Paint
Mike has been my auto body man for the last 3 years. He knows how to make getting my car repaired painless and with very little effort on my part. He only uses original parts (not after market) and makes sure that my car looks new when it comes out of his shop. Even more impressive is how well he works with insurance companies, whether it is mine or the other party's company. Mike is so professional with not only his shop, his personnel, but also the way he keeps in constant contact with me about my car and the repairs. There are no surprises with Mike when it comes to fixing vehicles!Thank you Mike!

Hyacinth Collision Centre
Took my car to Hyacinth collision after I was in a car wreck. The people there were so nice. They made the inconvenience of the situation so simple. They dealt with my insurance company, had a rental car there and ready for me and the repair to my car was outstanding. I will definitely tell my friends and family to take their vehicles to Hyacinth.

Thank you Brent for your wonderful repairs on my Porsche! It was delivered ahead of schedule and your craftsmanship was impeccable! Especially on a black car, the repair has to be perfect or it shows. Our Carrera looks just like it did when it rolled off the dealership floor; new again! Craig and Dianne

Took my car in after being in a rear end accident, and they were quite courteous and helpful when I came in. They were incredibly quick when fixing up my car, and the car is as good as new. I plan on coming back to fix up some scratching, and I would most certainly recommend these guys to others.

Fine repair on my Honda S2000. they did a good job of matching the silver paint, and also a fine job of repairing a wheel well. I was happy with the results and even have my car in the shop again for more body work. I fully expect the same level of workmanship.

Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
