Im 18 saved up $6500 To buy my own car from Alex, drove it not even 100 miles, car started having extreme engine issues and burning large amounts of oil, Alex would not help but offered to put a new engine in the car for $2,000, any respectable auto company would make sure the customer is taken care of for 6500, Would not recommend to anyone, stay clear from this dealership, keep in mind the car only had 54,000 miles and he reassured the car was in good working condition
Tried to schedule an oil change and tire rotation through Cadillac.com, website led to Capital service where you inputted year/make/mileage etc. To choose appointment time it says you have to call if within 2-3 days so I scheduled appointment. My wife took car in and they charged TWICE the charge listed on the site. When I called 2 hours after picking up the car they said they would not honor any coupon- even though site still offers "special" (and still shows to "call" for appt.) We also have a Buick and did the same thing with Power just last week, they had no problem with honoring coupon. Buyer beware- they will stick you.
Bought a 99 suburban from them. 4 days later the entire shifter snapped off. I called and emailed them and didn't hear back for almost a week. By that time I had already paid out of pocket for the repair $385 and would still need to pay another $200. They said they would help me but took another week or two to get back to me. In the end the owner would only offer $100 off my first payment. The sales men there were really nice (only reason I gave 2 stars instead one 1) but I am not happy with how this worked out. I wish they could have done more. I will no longer recommend them to my friends. I wanted to buy another car from them but now I am reconsidering it.
Typical used car salesmen, overpriced cars that they claim are listed at kbb, more like double kbb. Won't provide carfax and for anyone who knows anything about cars, you can catch them in their lies but refuse to acknowledge reason. Stay away from them!!!!!!
went in to get a couple battery cables replaced and instead of giving me new ones they spliced the ends of my old ones I payed 200 dollars for them to splice my cables!!!!!
This place gives Chevy a bad name. Nice new facility, but thats about it. HIGH PRESSURE & EVERYTHING you hate about going looking for a car. Look no further, you can find it here. Upon entering, asked for specific salesman, who wasn't available for our scheduled appointment, and then the salesman, who wouldn't even let me get out of my car upon pulling in, FOLLOWED ME TO THE RESTROOM and continued a sales pitch IN THE RESTROOM!!! I should've left then. The sales guy wouldn't let me wait for the salesman I'd made an appointment with and insisted that we proceed. Guess at least the salesman washed their hands! They never really even listened to what I was saying. It was going to be the way they wanted things from the get go. Their price was so "good" that they wouldn't really entertain anything that I was offering. "there are other people on their way to come look at this" "first com first served" "I'm going to be fired if I don't sell this" All of the antics and BS kept building to a pinnacle that pushed me out the door. This place is shady and I will NEVER set foot on any of the Capitol lots again. You'd think you were on an island and they were the only car lot on it! Such a disgrace to the Chevrolet name. Go elsewhere since there are so many choices within 50-75 miles. Can't imagine things could be worse!
I had a wonderful experience at O'Brien Auto Group in Salem. I was looking for a used car, something with low miles that I could commute back and forth with from Salem to Portland.I was excited to find a pretty nice 2009 Honda civic with only 28,000 miles. I came in to test drive the vehicle and they really rolled out the red carpet for me. I really forgot what great customer service was like.I really want to commend Honda of salem, and the O'Brien auto group for their excellent customer service and how they really pulled out all the stops for me.Thank you,Marry
I was working with Marcus with the Chevrolet sales team on a new vehicle from a different dealership. We had agreed upon a price that was fair and reasonable. Then we learned that the new vehicle was being driven by the owner of that dealership and had excessive miles. To say the least I didn't purchase that vehicle. Then we looked at the new vehicles on the Chevrolet lot. I located one I wanted. We started the negotiations and both of us took off Christmas week. When we returned, the dealership added very expensive options of rims and wheels. For the next two days I attempted to obtain an offer from the dealership. At the close of business, I received a quote that exceeded the amount I wanted to pay and the salesman knew I wanted to pay. I countered and haven't heard back from the salesman or the dealership in over 24 hours even after e-mailing the General Manager.I have never stepped foot in this dealership and I was torn about the rating. The first part was great, but when we started to look on the dealership lot, the communication started to drop. With this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.I did purchase a new car from a different dealership.
My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep from Roberson Motors in Salem. The experience was amazing! From the moment we spoke to the sales over the phone, drove in to find the car we were looking at pulled up to the front ready for us, all the way through the financing we were told the truth upfront, no pressure and we wakled away thrilled with our purchase. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We wish we had done business with them sooner!
