YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I showed up very open minded with little expectations hoping to be proved wrong. I went merely for an eyebrow waxing. Instead, I arrived and was told that it would be a while for the wax to heat up, a while turned into over 30 minutes and the girl was less then apologetic. I was taken to a room where in the middle of the service someone came in to the same room to look for something and interrupted mid wax. The girl was nice enough, but she clearly was not concerned about making a good impression or doing a good job, simply putting in the hours. I spent more then twice the amount of time in the waiting room as I did for the service. I left waxed but unpolished and needing to go home to tweeze. Wouldn't recommend or return.

The Pivot Point Philosophy Hair Design is an art form and you are the artist! Pivot Points educational philosophy was first developed by Leo Passage. As a world champion hair designer, he spent years creating his unique Scientific Approach to teaching hair design. It's based on the belief that hair design is an art form with hair as the medium. Creativity without limits. This artistic approach guides students and salon professionals through the basic elements of design: form, texture and color. They learn to visualize the elements as one, then mix and match them to create a selection of hair designs that's virtually endless. Scientifically proven: it works! To validate this revolutionary teaching method, we have consulted the University of Chicago Fine Arts Department and art design specialists and hair theorists the world over. Together, they have developed a total system of education known as Pivot Point's Scientific Approach to Hair Sculpture and Design. Register now and begin or enhance your beautiful career! Northwest College Hair Design is the biggest mistake I ever made! wast of my daughters and my money. I wish I had talked with students about the school before enrolling, big mistake!. The teachers are worse! They don't give you the education that you pay for you have to learn form other students and that is not saying much, They are a complete bunch of incompetent power hungry bullies. If you are not one of there favorites they will bully you because they LOVE the DRAMA! I have never in my life been treated worse and the sad thing is there is nothing I can do about it!!!!!! Do not waste your money, go somewhere else. It is in your best interest to avoid this place like the plague. It may be too late for me but I do not wish for anyone else to have to go through this torture day in and day out! Take it from me, a CURRENT STUDENT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been going to Cynthia for electrolysis and facials for the past three years, and my experience has been really great. She is attentive to detail and makes sure you leave the building looking better than when you came in (no scabs)! As for facials, I highly recommend the skinpeel, which is slightly more intense than microdermabrasion and good at getting rid of scars. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been to PMS now 2 times and have been more than impressed with the service I have received. I was used to spending $100+ on hair and certainly needed a change. First time I went in, my hair was highlighted by Aaron and last time it was done by Irene. They both truly rock at what they do and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with such amazing stylists. The price and service is unbeatable and you wont regret giving them a try.

I love going to Phagans NW in Tigard. I treat myself to a manicure, pedicure, deep hair conditioning and cut. I have never had a bad experience. The students are enthusiastic and friendly and the teachers are always on the floor walking around offering advice and support. . The prices are low enough that I can take my daughter and daughter-in-law there and not feel like I need to declare bankruptcy after.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I went with my friend to get a gel set. First off it took 5 hours to do, then they used actual super glue to glue the tips on and the flower that I had put on..they super glued it to my actual nail. The girls had no idea what they were doing and the teachers refused to help. They glued the nails to my cuticals, and when it was done they were all bumpy and looked like crap. Less then 24 hours later the nails began to chip and break..and I wasn't even doing anything rough to cause it, something simple as brushing my hair and doing the dishes. I went back on my next day off (less then a week later) to have them taken off and redone. The instructor told me that they couldn't take them off for free and it was going to be a $10 charge. Really??? For something I didn't mess up they did. She said the reason was because I filed them down..um hello they broke what was I supposed to do?! Then she told me I couldn't have my money back, but if I hadn't filed them down I could have gotten a gift card..yeah cuz that's what a gift card to somewhere crappy. I understand they are students but come on. If they aren't ready to go out on the floor and do nails then they shouldn 't have passed them! Unless you want you want your nails screwed up and crappy service..DON'T GO HERE (I would have given this place a 0 star rating but you have to pick a star to post.)
