Law Offices of Donald C. Anderson III
I found Don on Craigslist and reached out to him. He was quick to respond and allowed me to meet with him via phone so I didn't have to take off work to meet in his office. We only met face to face at court. He was swift and accurate and professional. Results driven and a man of action. So when my husband got in trouble I immediately texted Don for advise at a traffic stop. He quickly called me and advised of my husband's rights and what he should do. He was swift in getting his license back and followed through with all that was requested. We are awaiting the case but so far, I am very thankful I found Don. He is a man of his word and continues to meet and exceed my expectations.

Denmon Pearlman
Mr. Lee Pearlman, with Denmon Pearlman, came highly recommended from a close friend. My twenty - two year old son was facing serious criminal charges that if convicted, could have had a devastating impact on his future. Prior to procuring services from Mr. Pearlman, I was exceedingly uneasy about the consequences my son could encounter, which included a possible mandatory prison sentence as well as recieving a felony conviction. After my free consultation with Mr. Pearlman in June of this year, I left with a profound reassurance that he would do everything in his capacity to help my son. I was instantly moved with Mr. Pearlman's commitment to my son's case in that prior to my ability to pay the necessary retainer fee upfront, he still represented my son at his scheduled hearing four days after my initial consultation. Over the short course of awaiting my son's sentencing, the staff at Denmon Pearlman, whom I had direct contact with where all tremendously obliging and extremely resourceful. As a single, professional mother they also accommodated me with an affordable payment plan in exchange for expert representation. Our experience with Mr. Pearlman, and Denmon Pearlman, was without uncertainty ideal!  My son's plea and sentencing hearing took place this morning and he received a misdameneor charge, minimal probation sentence and minor court fines. Thank you again Lee, and Denmon Pearlman, for representing my son with dignity, compassion and the highest level of skilled professionalism!

Pinellas Legal Center
Mr. Joseph. It was a real pleasure and surprise to meet you. I was amazed on how quickly you grasped the issues and so quickly developed and initiated a plan of action to convince our adversary to consider re-framing the issue to make it work for all of us. It was extremely comforting to see an efficient, caring and courteous attorney at work. Both my mom and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the time you granted us and your amazing quick actions. K.H. Pinellas Park, FL

Denmon Pearlman
I hired Lee Pearlman in August of last year. I found him through friends of friends. Hiring Mr. Pearlman to represent me was the best decision I EVER could have made for the situation I was in. He is the most responsible, knowledgeable, and respectable person I have ever met. He was there any time I needed to talk or had questions about my case. He was just a phone call or text away. He took care of everything from the day I hired him. Whether it was paperwork, things I needed to do, or things he was going to take care of, he was always on top of it. That period was the worst period of my life and Mr. Pearlman was always there explaining everything that was going on. He was always such a comfort. He was very thorough in explaining the situation, but also very understanding and considerate in how he spoke. I always knew he was doing what was best for me and my case. We received an amazing outcome for my case. I never thought that it was going to be possible. He resolved my case before having to go to trial, which was huge for me. I will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

Denmon Pearlman
Lee Pearlman is an exceptional lawyer and I would recommend his services to anyone in need. Lee helped guide me through the most stressful period of my life and was a calming presence the whole time. He explained what was happening at every step. As a former state attorneys office prosecutor, he is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of how the state operates. Lee was well prepared for trial and was fantastic in arguing on my behalf. I can't thank Lee enough for the everything he did for me. Anyone who decides to use Lee's services will not be disappointed. I do and will continue to recommend Lee to anyone in need of an attorney.

Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
