YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I stumbled along this place passing through to visit some friends across the bridge. I needed somewhere just to reset for a few hours and end up staying for the whole weekend. This property has so much to offer, and I hadn’t even noticed that there was a private beach located right on the propert, until the following morning. I mean the rooms are neat and clean, grounds are amazing it made me feel as if I was off in the Caribbean, the hotel staff were pleasantly friendly and helpful including the bartenders in the Tiki hut. I did not have to the leave the hotel for anything. I believe I just found my own little slice of solitude. I will definitely be back…….

I have tried Raw Oyster all over the Tampa Bay area and the U.S. for that matter. They have the freshest, cleanest, most flavorful oysters. The Oysters come in fresh daily from Franklin Co. Florida. Their Mignonette sauce is great.

14.Tavern At Bayboro
121 6th Ave NE # 2
The Tavern at Bayboro located on the St. Petersburg USF campus has some really good soup. Being the curious sort, I asked and was told by one of the friendly staff that it was homemade every day. Whatever the ""soup of the day"" is, you can bet that you might want to eat it with a fork, it is that loaded with good stuff. Good sandwiches too, from the half sammie special to the regular menu and new sandwiches too. For a good lunch, this is the place to go and there is music too on Wednesdays. Good food, good selection of beers & wine & great people. Now that's a great deal!

I have had a great time every time I went there. For me and my friends, the emerald is like a parking place, we start the night there, and end the night there, but there are plenty of other cool bars walking distance...If you haven't meet George yet you are really missing out. All in all, if you don't have a blast at this bar, you are probally trying really hard to have a bad time.
16.Sloppy Pelican Saloon
677 75th Ave N
Below is a recent article from our local ABC news station. You can find in on a google search, but Citysearch won't allow me to post a link. \r \r ST. PETE BEACH, Fla. - Angie Torres and Stacy Latham have been eating at the Sloppy Pelican restaurant on 75th Avenue in St Pete Beach for years.\r \r ""I've never been sick. I've never had no problems. I enjoy the food. I enjoy the people, everybody that works there,"" Torres said.\r \r ""It's a great atmosphere,"" Latham added.\r \r But they were not aware the state shut the place down on November 18 and 19 after finding two large rats in the kitchen along with rodent rub marks on the walls and rodent droppings.\r \r ""OK, things happen. Every restaurant around here has had one once in a while,"" said Latham.\r \r ""For every rat you see, there's hundreds you don't,"" Torres said.\r \r During that same inspection, inspectors also found employees with no food certification, clams thawed at room temperature, and slime in the ice machine.\r \r ABC Action News anchor Wendy Ryan went into the restaurant to find out what's been done to clean things up.\r \r ""According to the inspector, he found 2 large rats in the kitchen during the inspection?"" Ryan asked Ben, the kitchen manager on duty.\r \r ""I wasn't here for that,"" Ben replied.\r \r Ben wouldn't give us his last name but says he has been with the Sloppy Pelican for 6 months.\r \r The waterfront restaurant has had 59 critical violations written up over the last 20 months and had three follow-up inspections required by the state.\r \r ""I'd have to talk to them. Like I said, I wasn't here,"" Ben said.\r \r ""So you knew nothing about it?"" asked Ryan.\r \r ""I just got back 2 days ago,"" Ben replied.\r \r Some of the issues found during another inspection on April 1, 2010 included food not properly date marked in the cooler, barehand contact on ready-to-eat foods, and small flying insects in the bar area.\r \r ""So you haven't seen any of these reports?"" asked Ryan.\r \r ""I just got back today,"" Ben replied.\r \r Ben says he hasn't been around, so he couldn't answer any of our other questions.\r \r And despite what inspectors found, these loyal customers will stay loyal.\r \r ""We love coming. I've never been sick. And I'm sure there's a lot worse around so it doesn't really bother me,"" Torres said.\r \r ""So you guys will be back?"" asked Ryan.\r \r ""Oh, there's no doubt,"" Latham replied.\r \r
