This was one of the worst experience I have ever had with a company I worked in their new all girls home and it was unbelievably ran bad. The manager hired her friends and if you would not lie for them or do outrageous things that you were not suppose to. The Manger would lie without proof and get employees fired. The two boys homes are ran totally different "The Right Way" But Beware of the new girls home it is the management have a lawer on speed dial!!!!!!!!

Just like Sarah I have the exact same issue. I have never had so much trouble renting before. and I made the dumb mistake of asking them to auto-draft my rent. It took over 2 months to half fix my shower. I don't think the owner has any idea where her money on repairs is going because they only show her the nice parts not that half completed work. I am very sure at this point, 6months into my lease that they hate me so much that my rent will escalate at renewal so I have to move. I am inquiring now to see if I can reach out to the owner myself because she needs to get out of this mess she is in and doesn't even know. I assumed they would try to take my security deposit even though I have only helped make this place better. I will be pro-Active prior to moving as I was when I moved in and all along the way with hundreds of pictures.
Don't let the name fool you, these are SLUMLORDS renting high end condos.After renting apartments in various cities for over 10 years, this was, by far, the most unprofessional poorly-managed property management company I have encountered.They will do anything in their power to take as much money from their tenants as possible. They took over 2 months to fix my broken shower. They tried to keep my entire $1600 security deposit for minor damages. After disputing the claim, I got back almost all of it, but had to go through the BBB. .
