My experience was awesome! I worked with Nancy Miller in sales, Richard Herod III (the GM), and Kim Berbaum in finance - from start to finish my experience buying my Evo was top notch! Nancy was incredibly helpful in finding the right car with the right equipment and was eager to show me all of the cool features my car has (besides the fact that it's fast)! Richard was instrumental in making sure I was completely welcome and at home while I was there, and Kim went the extra mile in making sure I had the best experience in protecting my car and my lease. After I bought my car, I noticed it pulled to the left a little, so I took it into service. Troy, the service manager, was super eager to assist and had the alignment taken care of right away. While they were doing that, one of the technicians noticed that a trim piece was not properly installed from the factory and they fixed that for me, too! A+++++++++++++!!!!!!!!
