The employee was rude, she didn't greet us at all when we came in. We came in looking to get an upgrade and she had no absolute idea how to do it. Then she proceeded to use her phone and text without letting us know what she was going to do. She didn't communicate anything to us, we were confused and she seemed impatient. She ended up calling someone on the phone to guide her through what to do but she seemed to have a bad attitude the whole entire time. My family and I will no longer be coming to this Sprint location. It was convenient for us to go to this location because we live 3 minutes away from it but we will stick to the Apple Valley location due to her poor customer service. I'm disappointed with the way she treated her customers tonight.

I am aenior with an older big button cell phone. Taylor spent a huge amount of time activating my phone and, when I couldn't get into my online account, I went back and he and Shaquan again spent well over an hour working to get me online. I haven't mentioned that I am legally deaf and they wrote everything down to communicate with me, patiently. To top it off, my car wouldn't start because I had carelessly left my lights on. Again, patiently, they got cables and gave me a boost. I heartily recommend this place and these guys.

There were a number of problems with Verizon. First they set me up over the phone to get an on-tech worker to install my computer and my land line phone. I wanted a tech to set it up but was told it was set up for me to install it.. Takes quite a while to get a tech over the phone (1 to 2 weeks), When I finally picked up the phone at the store to my dismay they did not give me a charger, I called and was placed on hold. I am still waiting for a response. All associates are helping other people so I continue to wait. An associate answered and I explained the problem. She told me if I ordered the charger it would take 7 to 10 business days before I could get it. After checking the issue she put me on hold to find what was going on. Normally they don't mail store bought items but they were nice enough to mail it to me and got better postage timing. I now only have to wait 2 to 3 business days. They rectified the problem and the associate was very professional during this problem solving.

I love that they are young African American men that have been raised with respect and intelligence of how a business is suppose to be ran. I have gotten several devices from this company and repairs as well and will continue to get the great service they offer for as long as they offer it :-)

I have brought many Apple devices for repair... 4S, 5, 5S, Ipad 2... I have tried many different repair companies over the years... mostly screen replacements. They are very knowledgeable of these devices... they even found issue with how the previous repairs were fixed and repaired them for me very economically. They have excellent communication during the repair process and the lowest prices in the metro. I will bring all of my mobile repair needs to them. They are Excellent.

Place is cluttered and overwhelming for someone that wants new phone. The manager was rude to me and she yelled at the people working for her.Go to Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, boost, or Metro PCS half mile away on Robert. Much better customer service and cheaper phones

I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The manager refused to exchange a defective phone. He kept brushing me off telling me to come hours later. He also told me to go f*ck myself and that he didn't want me as a customer.

Steer clear. Worst customer service I've had in my life. I went in because my phone wouldn't acitivate and kept getting the runaround by the employee. I left the place upset, even told the manager on my way out and recieved no apologies. I then called the verizon in my home town who helpfully gave me a number to call and 3 minutes later my phone was activated. If you want professional, attentive service, look elsewhere.
