Tried to get reservation 2 hours before scheduled pick-up time on that company web site, filled every field and get back page that says "Thank you" - no e-mail, no message. Waited 1 hour and then called to their dispatch - they never heard of my "reservation" on a website, but assured me that taxi will be there. 5 minutes before scheduled time got a call, confirming that taxi is within 7-8 minutes of arrival. Waited for another 20 minutes - no taxi (and this is while waiting to go to airport), called dispatch again - they said that I should have called earlier and that there is a traffic and many other explanations that are simply not true. Finally after another 15 minutes and already getting desperate and worrying that I will miss my flight, I called again and literally screamed that I need a taxi NOW. In 5 minutes after that got cab from other company that original one called in favor. Made it to my flight, but would never ever use this company again.

Too bad I didn’t take the time to read the reviews before booking with SUBURBAN GREEN & WHITE TAXI – capital letters because I want to make sure anyone reading this review will recognize the name and absolutely never use this service. I’ll make a long story short. I made reservation for a wheelchair accessible van to pick up my 95-year old mother who is wheelchair bound (obviously). The pickup time was 10:00a. We were ready and waiting. No cab. I called Green & White at about 10:10a to ask what the status of our ride was. The first person I spoke with seemed to be unable to find my reservation. Then I repeated that the reservation was for a wheelchair accessible van – and she proceeded to transfer me to another person with whom I started the whole conversation over again. And . . . the result “Sorry. We don’t have anyone available.” Of course I mentioned that I had made a reservation, and again the person just said there would be no cab available. The person then asked if the wheelchair was collapsible and could fit in a regular cab. I told him of course the wheelchair was collapsible, but the whole reason for requesting a wheelchair van was because the passenger was unable to get out of her wheelchair! Duh. Given I had no alternatives to getting my mother where we needed to go, and this was not just for a joy ride, I was pretty insistent that they find a van, either with their company or another, and I would stay on the line until they did. The person I was talking to asked if I really wanted to stay on hold, and I said that of course I did, because I knew he would never call me back. Well, I stayed on hold for about 35 minutes, only to have him finally come back on line to say, “Sorry, can’t help you.” I was livid. Apparently no shows are the norm with this company, but one would think they would realize that if someone needed a wheelchair van, perhaps they would make a little more effort to should show up as other options are limited. . . or, in my case, non-existent. I asked to speak to a supervisor … “Sorry, but no supervisor is here until Monday.” (This was Saturday morning.) I asked for the name of the person who supposedly took my reservation and was told he couldn’t share that information. He said he could file a customer complaint form and his supervisor would follow up with me on what happened. Ha! Fat chance! Under no circumstances should anyone even think about using this company. A one-star rating is way too generous.

Cab 5684 was in front of me driving well below the speed limit so I tapped my horn. The driver then began driving a normal speed but recklessly, barely staying in his own lane. He had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting the car in front of him at the light because he was too busy flipping me off. Tried calling the company but it just rings and goes to an obviously neglected voicemail. Horrible company with dangerous drivers.

This company is not dependable. I take this cab to work. I have been late several times because a cab did not show up. I was supposed to get a ride home tonight and the cab never showed up. The fairs are not reliable. I travel the same route every day and My fair is always different. I got a quote when I first went with this company and it has always been more. It is a poor company and I would not every use them again.

Pretty bad customer service. Called for a cab, they told me 15 minutes. They came early, and left without trying to get a hold of me (Call/beep/honk) I don't think they were here. When I called they blamed me and told me they wouldn't send another car back. I would use another company.

This is a terrible service, the cab never came even though they kept telling me it was on its way. I had to find transportation elsewhere and will NEVER call them again.

I had very bad experience with this taxi. 45 minutes late and when I called they constantly gave different waiting time and were very rude and insensitive. finally I had to look for help from local person to avoid missing my Shuttle
