Quality Inn Airport
I've stayed here about 4 times this year. 2 times the room was great; clean, roomy, and comfy. The other 2 times I got a room with broken chest of drawers, non working tv(fixed by the maintenance guy after waiting forever) no phone, no alarm clock, and candy wrapper still on the floor. If this were a $70 hotel room it'd be fine. But the rooms are $77-90, not "cheap". It's convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle.

Hallway smelled musty and stale, however room was clean and didn't smell. Pillows were very low quality and the comforter on the bed was very thin. There was also no alarm clock in the room.

Clayton Plaza Hotel
The staff, starting with Kevin at front desk; and "Tay" (7/22 - 7/27/16) and everyone else from housekeeping, bellhop, and dining offered exceptional, "5" STAR customer service. My son, having been critically injured as a victim of a senseless crime on 7/22, and me traveling 4 hours from Branson to be with him in this time of urgent need, commend Clayton Plaza Hotel's "entire" staff, although not knowing me and my son's predicament, rendered such an unforgettable service to us that their dignified, kind, caring and seemingly effortless service and attention should not be forgotten! I cannot say "Thank You" enough to each one of them! I hope they continue to be conscientious of the good that they do so as to never become complacent or lose what they have because I surely WILL be recommending them.My son Eduardo and I thank you from deep within our hearts. Most trulyJachin M Boaz II

Americas Best Value Inn - St. Louis / South
It gets a big fat zero with me on everything about this hotel. I stayed one night. When I looked at my bank account they had charged me twice. I called the hotel and was told that it wasn't them, and I needed to call my bank. The manager was a total B.... I stayed there May 10 checked out the 11 of May. My card was charged the 13 and then again 16. So called again the manager said again wasn't her problem. Well now had to file a claim against them with my bank. Once I did that, got a call from the hotel management saying they are sorry and the problem will be fixed. DON'T STAY THERE.

The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient. The pool was nice, rooms were clean and workers were very nice!

Awesome Sauce! It was not my first choice hotel, but for the price Econo Lodge beats most other inexpensive hotels I have stayed at.

Every thing was as expected. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had a problem with key card, but put it close to my cell phone.

We stayed at EconoLodge for two nights in St. Louis. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The area seemed safe and quiet. Facilities were adequate for our stay and we felt this was a good value for the money.

I have stayed here a few times. I like the place the staff is friendly and warm. It is clean and a good place to stay when you are going to fly out the next day. I would tell friends and family to use this hotel if they need a stay before a flight. It a great place for the price.

Just a moment...
