Stelmacki's Super Market
Stelmacki's is not one of those box stores. You don't have to buy gi-normous sized containers that take a lifetime to consume. They carry both individual and family-size consumer goods. This is a full service, well-stocked grocer with a butcher on duty. Great meat and produce selection - often locally grown. And, the staff is always helpful and friendly. You won't have to bag your own groceries here, and you still can save money. They carry a full line of packaged liquor, beer and wine for all your party and holiday needs.

Healthy Shopper
The Healthy Shopper staff is always helpful and friendly. If they don't have a product you are looking for they have called other stores and directed me to another type of health food store nearby. They also have given me healthy lifestyle magazines and booklets for free. These have give me new ideas that have assisted and promoted healing in my life. I would highly recommend Healthy Shopper!

Ladue Market
The Ladue Market is worth a visit if you have never been. It is a family owned business that has been providing reliable products and service for many decades. The store is very small. The meats and seafood are very fresh and of premium grade. They also have a very impressive wine department. Great place to go to when you need high quality food products. Easy parking -- very attentive service.

Ruler
Rulers grocery store is one of Kroger"s branded stores. They carry a wide range of foods baring the Kroger name at very reasonable Aldi's like prices. But way more open and very clean compared to Aldi's. Be sure not to forget to bring a quarter for your cart and your own bags for your groceries. Friendly helpful staff are always available to you if you need any assistance while shopping.

Trader Joe's
I love shopping here. The employees are extremely helpful. One day I was chatting with the checkout clerk and told her I was purchasing food to make a sick friend dinner. She stopped and went over to the flower section and grabbed me some flowers to take as well (for free). Now that made my day!

Sam's Club
This is a great store & deserving of 5 stars except for the vision care department. I had repeated problems (It was my first time wearing glasses) I kept getting told I needed to get used to them. After going elsewhere I found out the prescription was wrong and the glasses were too big.

Straub's
Straub's in Clayton is the place to go for specialty groceries. The meat, seafood, deli, salad, produce and florist departments all feature premium products. There is an excellent wine selection too. The staff is very seasoned, expert and friendly.

Global Foods Market
This is a great place to find Jamaican Ginger Beer in a bottle. They have nice pastries, including Greek Baklava. The produce department offers a wide selection of unusual vegetables. Their fresh peppers are the best I have found anywhere.

Crown Foods Inc
Although I haven't worked there in several years, I hate to see it gone. It wasn't the best job in the world and it didn't come without it's fair share of hazards. But there were some really good people employed by Crown Foods.-David Creech
Tips & Advices
A meal replacement is a substitute for a meal, typically a drink or a bar. While processed meal replacements have a set number of calories, many are high in added sugar and low in protein, fiber and healthy fats.
Appetite suppressants, like all drugs, have side effects, so read the fine print and discuss potential side effects with a medical professional before taking them. Stimulant-type drugs can cause insomnia, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, drug dependence and abuse, and withdrawal symptoms. Drugs that work to prevent fat absorption can cause gas, soft stools, and oily spotting. Diet pills that affect neurotransmitters are associated with headache, nausea and vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, and dizziness.
People generally lose weight gradually and steadily (about 1 to 2 pounds per week) if they stick to a calorie-controlled plan. Increasing exercise can increase weight loss.
Medical weight loss is supervised by a medical professional and targets the causes of obesity and weight gain. Treatments can run the gamut, from diet and nutrition to pills and surgery, but the goal is to help the patient achieve and maintain a healthy weight for life.
Many people can see results in one to two weeks if they stick to their plan. Weight loss results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as starting size and caloric intake level. Including exercise in the program can accelerate weight loss.
