When I pressed the button to order, I heard someone just a moment, as I waited, someone pressed another a button from another order board. Not only did someone answer and take the order, but brought their order out. I looked and the staff which were there, were jaw jackin at the mouth. VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE!

Where do I begin? 1st off we go and order 2 meals with a cheesecake. Not only did we wait 15 min but had to pull around for another 10 min before they brought our food out. And no they weren't busy, only 2 cars ahead of us. When we get home after driving 30 min there...guess what?? NO CHEESECAKE! I think call to let them know and I spoke with Andre. He said we could come back that night to get it and I told him I was not driving back another 30 min to come get it. He then tells me he is sorry and is very nice about it all and says when you come back order your meal with a cheesecake and I will take care of it, just let them know you spoke with Andre. I'm like ok thank you. So I go outta town and forget about it and I decide to go tonight on my way home from work which at this point it's been maybe a week or 2. I order and have to wait in line another 15 min and have 3 cars in front of me. I get to the window tell the nice lady what is going on and she says she has had to call her manager. So she does and they want to know the exact day and time we came...really? I have no receipt because your employee didn't give it to me and I told your manager Andre this and he said it was fine. I guess close to it and she says he wasn't working that day because he hasn't worked in 2 weeks other then weekends. I'm like well idk what days exactly then apparently after she hangs up with her boss they text her and say no they aren't covering it and I have to pay!!!! Ummm excuse me? I already paid for my damn cheesecake and u never gave it to me from the get go! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be going to corporate tho

I was called a white bitch over the phone they got my order wrong so i called to talk to manger and lady called me a white bitch i told manger and he laugh and said sorry about that can some one please call me 3143784614 need to talk to some one thanks shannon bargery

Horrible. They don't care for there customers. My hubby sliped on there dirty mop water and they have never inquired if he is ok. He is not. Don't go here

My experience was horrible. I ordered my food came home and saw that they messed up my order and charged me the wrong price for the wrong items. When I came back they were very rude especially the manager who was working there. Showed no customer care, I am very disappointed!

8 pm on 12/09/16 drive thru over charged for my order. I informed them and they told me to get f**k**. I left and went too the store on Lemay Ferry near Lindbergh. That store told me they get complaints all the time about the Bayless. I will never return and will recommend no one goes to that store.

It never fails. Whenever I order a quarter pounder, I explain that "I want it plain, no cheese, nothing on it but pickles and tomatoes." Everytime, the cook makes the burger with cheese. Does McDonalds franchise owners just hire stupid people? This behavior occurs at many locations.

Came in with a few minutes left before close, our order taker was extremely friendly and patient. Food came hot and fresh as ever!thank you so much

Drive thru was down, they only had legs and thighs, and cashier was very rude! I will never go here again
