Faultless Linen
Although I have been using Faultless Linen for the last 14 years, I have been having major problems with this company for the last few years. My contract is up in February and I am so excited to be changing companies. I need to call almost monthly to make corrections to the bills; the sheets are frequently stained and they keep getting shorter; the driver (who, by the way, is very pleasant and tries to be helpful, but it seems without support from headquarters) is missing parts of my order. Things usually get resolved, but it is always after calls (and sometimes numerous ones.) I would think twice before using them.
