Y Bark Alone Doggy Daycare and Grooming
My first time hearing about Y Bark Alone was when a friend told me they found a new groomer and she worked at this grooming/borading/daycare facility. My furbby needd his nail trimmed badly! so i was like well why not take my baby for a spa day. When we walked in we were greeted at the desk and went back to have a nail trim. The groomer was so nice. She worked with my baby so well and sat on the floor with him. After we got the grooming done, I asked about the other facilities. We got a personal tour and we got to see all the great rooms they have. There is a very nice room for boarding if a dog is having a bad day. But the play room really took the cake. It was so big and watching the dogs all run around and play was wonderful. There was plenty of fresh water set out, and if any dogs started to bicker it was broken up right away. I thought to my self right away that i would be back. All of there staff were very friendly. Not only were they wiling to get us in right away, they also offered advice about local pet care options and places where I could save money. helping me out instead of trying to take my money. I will always recomend this facility and will be coming back often!

Landmark Animal Center
I have been a customer her for many years. I go back to the 80's. I've purchased foods and other products. I have had my dog groomed and and boarded a dog there once. I have even done some training years ago with the owner and once with a guy the owner recommended for Schutzhund training. The owner allowed us to train on their property. I have nothing but good things to say about doing business with them.

Woof-Woof Dog Sitting
Connie took in my pup on short notice. He was super young at the time and she even fashioned a sling to carry him in to keep him warm. Scor loved going there and he was too young to keep at home, we continued going back there for months! Connie is always pleasant and the love of animals can be felt.

Tips & Advices
Pets that do not get along with other animals may incur an additional fee. Some facilities have special solitary sleeping and play animals for these types of pets.
A checklist for what to bring to a pet kennel includes:
  • Vaccination records
  • A favorite toy or blanket
  • Food and feeding instructions (if the pet has dietary restrictions or is a picky eater)
  • Medication (if necessary, in its original bottle and with written instructions)
Some pet kennels have veterinarians as part of their daily staff, while others only have vets part time or on call.
Most kennels can provide basic care such as administering medications, but owners of pets with serious medical issues should choose a facility with a veterinarian on call.
Bordetella, commonly known as kennel cough, is highly contagious, and most dogs catch it at least once in their lifetimes. As such, all dogs should be vaccinated at least 7 days before boarding.
