I took 2 bumpers to get replated the first week of December. I was told it would take about two weeks. It is now the middle of February and they still aren't ready. This is unacceptable. This place is the only chrome platers left in St. Louis and they are taking advantage of that situation with poor customer service. The owner acts like I'm annoying him by constantly calling. I would NOT recommend these guys. Take your bumpers out of town if you have to.

I had an antique hat rack that had one arm come loose. Theiss was able to braze it and restore it to it's original finish with minimal difficulty. The staff was very professional, helping me be aware of my options and the potential impact on the long-term value of the hat rack. I will return to have them service other antique items I have to restore their original look.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH, THEY SHOULD CHANGE THERE NAME TO "NO STAR" TOLD ME 150.00 TO HARD CHROME 2 FORK TUBE ON A MINI BIKE,AND WOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS, NO PROBLEM BUT 12 WEEKS LATER THEY COST 500.00, DIDNT CALL AND TELL ME THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE MORE, LIED TO ME WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WERE FINISHED AND THEY SAID THE STILL WERE AT THE GRINDER AND THAT I MIGHT WANT TO GO BUY NEW ONES CAUSE THESES ARE GOING TO COST 500.00 AND I COULD GET THEM CHEAPER AT A DEALER, THE BIKE IS 40 YEARS OLD AND YOU CAN'T BUY THEM, THEN I SAID LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARE DONE AND HE SAID THEY WERE READY, BUYER BEWARE, AND THE QUALITY WAS NOT THAT GOOD EITHER, BUT I DIDNT HAVE ANOTHER 12 WEEKS TO WAIT, DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
