Massage Envy - Creve Coeur
My wife got me a membership a couple years ago and I've loved it. I was lucky that the first person I got for a massage was very good at her work. She knew which nerves and muscles were connected to each part of the body and was able to work on them to loosen any tight ones or knots. I generally get the full body massage and she has been able to locate any problem areas I've had and make me feel great at the end of the hour. At time she's used the deep tissue technique, while at other times a little friction can feel light a heating pad to loosen those knots. Or just gentle massaging to get that relaxed feeling at the end of a tough day or long road trip. I would recommend her and mention her name, but she's already tough to get an appointment with :).Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage at this location.

Clemons Chiropractic
I was in a lot of pain from m neck to the middle of my back for two weeks. During that two weeks I have several massages & acupuncture & my pain still didn't go away other than temporary. I went to YP mobile & I saw Ms. Clemons listing & she was very close to my office. I called her office & they were so friendly & got me in within two hours. She tried several different procedures including an adjustment. I left her off in a lot less pain. Ms. Clemons gave me a full consultation that included a X-ray. I completed it right away & she had a plan to fix my issues long term the next day! My pain was completely under control after 5 visits. I will continue to consult with Ms. Clemons she made me feel at home & her staff is incredible! Awesome to have that type of service these days!

Synchronicity Mobile Massage Therapy
Ashley Hasty, Owner, is amazing. She's professional, her technique is perfect and she listens to your needs and addresses concerns you may have. Best thing is she's mobile - yay - so not having to leave your home is convenience. After a massage you feel like a rag doll, so relaxed, and just want to nap or shower. Give her a call - you will not be disappointed!

Midwest Therapuetic Endoscopy
Dr. Silvanovich was very kind, explained the endoscopy process and the outcomes expected. Nicole made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful in providing options in correcting a stomach issue. Surgery is not always their first choice, so I was grateful to see alternative choices. I highly recommend this practice.

The Lifestyle Center
I had a great experience at The Lifestyle Center. Mary, the esthetician provided me the service of a hydrating facial. She was very knowledgable giving me facial advise as I asked throughout the facial. I would return to the Lifestyle Center for another facial or try a massage the next time.

A Moment of Bliss
It was great to meet Susan and have an hour therapeutic massage. I have only had one previous massage and there was NO comparison, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks Susan for great work and I will look forward to my next massage.GH

The massages are great, especially the deep tissue. My wife loves their facials and highly recommends asking for Nicki.
Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
