Overpriced. Spoke to someone about a battery that was 19.95 online. I needed it asap and it was selling for 39.95 at Batteries plus. After some negotiation, I got the price down to 29.95. I paid the extra $10 to save me 2 days in shipping time.
My name is Kellen. Ive been a long time customer at Andy Wurm Tire. Today I was very displeased at the service I received from 2 staff members there. 1 of which (Joe) claims he is the owner. The other person I don't who it was. Here is the story:I bought a tire from Andy Wurm Tire for $120They mount and balance the tire on the rim.Turns out the tire is defective from the manufacture.I take the rim and tire back to Andy Wurm to let them fix the situation. They say they "the tire is defective" and they will replace the tire. However they are going charge me $25 to put the new tire on the rim.Should I have to pay?I feel no since they are the ones who sold me the defective tire to begin with. i did NOTHING wrong other than coming to Andy Wurm to get a tire apparently. There are plenty of other places I could have went to but I like to help the "mom and pop" local shopThe gentleman on the phone I talked to was extremely rude, he kept cutting me off and talking over me. When i drove down to get my tire and rim and i spoke with Joe he was rude and walked away from me as i was telling him how i felt.I live in St Charles about 20 minutes away. I could easily take my business to Walmart but i have been a customer of Andy Wurm for over 10 years. I purposely drive that far because the shop did excellent work. From here on I will be taking my business elsewhere (which Joe seemed not to have a problem with). Ps. I took the wheel and tire to Walmart they put the tire on the rim and put it on the car for $19
Always knowledgeable and professional. They do a lot of commercial business, so when in store it takes a little bit more time to get things done because they are frequently on the phones. But, they are always very helpful and accommodating.
Horrible shop. Liars and thieves. Ron has no clue what he's doing and will screw you over in a second. He started out saying it was a simple repair. Probably would cost $100. $2600 later we got our car back. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place
We'll be back! Thanks Mike (Used Sales) Keiser! Thanks Dan (Finance Manager) Sullivan! In 30+ years buying cars this was the easiest and quickest done deal we have ever had. If you're looking for a used car go see Mike Keiser (314-487-1010 Ext. 382 or email@example.com).
** UPDATE - LOU FUSZ DID THE RIGHT THING & RESOLVE OUR ISSUES - THANK YOU! **I received a call from the dealership management to inform me that they have decided to REFUND a portion of what my parents felt were over-charged to them. After having a lengthy discussion with the dealer, they now have accepted to make my elderly parents satisfied about the costs that they were initially charged by providing them with a concessionary refund. We appreciate the fact that they have now understood our position; by promptly reacting to my folks with an offer to provide a satisfactory refund amicable to both parties.** THANK YOU LOU FUSZ TOYOTA FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT **
Hit a curb during a bad ice storm in December. This place was the closest certified dealership to me. It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. Thank you Jeff and thank you Lou Fusz Toyota Collision crew, you're all heroes in my eyes.
YOU ALL ARE AMAZING THE FIRST YARD I'VE GONE TO WITH MY SON I WATCHED HOW YOU TREATED ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS TOP NOTCH WILL BE BACK AGAIN GREAT PRICES GREAT SERVICE THE CUPCAKE LADY HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL
Be careful if things seem to good to be true because in the end it's all just fake pricing meant to trick you into visiting the dealer. I saw this amazing pricing advertised on just about every car buying website, including their own site, I then called the dealer to see if they still had them in stock at the advertised rate, they told me yes they still had 8 unsold. So an hour later I show up and they can't find the cars I'm talking about and say that they must have been sold. So I look it up on my phone and give them the stock number, sure enough they still exist. They find it, I test drive it and loved it, so then I go to purchase the vehicle and that's where they tell me the pricing isn't for me... there are a bunch of qualifications you need to meet and I didn't meet any of them! So why are you advertising that price if your average customer will never qualify for it?!?! Very shady business practice
Good initial buying experience but to get the car worked on after even using the extended warranty was horrible. Worst service experience with a car ever. I felt like I was scammed into work and purchases I could have had somewhere else for a fraction of the close to $700 for two rear tires I spent.
