Faulstich Auto Body Repair
Found the mechanics to not have the knowledge and training required to work on today's modern cars. Management underhanded not using new parts to replace existing problem mechanisms. Not trustworthy of being reliable. Won't go back.

Same issue as previous poster. Cannot make an appointment because he does not pick up his phone. Groupon is useless and will not refund money. Make your appointment BEFORE buying the groupon (which you won't buy because you won't be able to make an appointment!).

If it were possible to give all zeros for professionalism and promptness I would, cannot rate expertise as he never returned more than a dozen calls trying to schedule an appt. I bought a groupon for headlight restoration for myself and one as a gift. Called right away and got an appt. I took off work for the appt but when I arrived on a two other customers were waiting but the door was locked. There was a sign that said he would return by 1, it was 3:45. One of the other customers had an appt too while the other was a drop in, we all waited, one left after 15 min then the other after 40 min, I waited over an hour because I really needed it done and had taken off work. While waiting I called and left voicemail and sent text but no reply the next day or so when he texted back said he was in hospital and apologized. Said he would make it up to me once he was better he would call.....he never did. I called more than a dozen times since then leaving voicemails with no return calls! Completely unprofessional, I took off work and now have to try and get monies back from groupon. Buyer beware! Tonys definitely doesn't live up to its reviews.

Lonnie's Auto Body Inc
Bad decision for me. He should have said he didn't know how to work on Volvos. My windows do not operate; door locks work randomly; gas cap door is broke. I had to have another foreign car repair to fix Lonnie's mistake. Plus Lonnie and his wife never owned up to their faults.

Shur Way Auto Body Inc
I would not reccomend these guys to anyone. It took them more than a month and a half to do what is considered a 9 day job. I had explained that I had no rental car so if they were too busy to get started right away to say so, but they told me what I wanted to hear, secured my insurance payment and then jerked me around for about 6 weeks. I had been thinking about doing some customizations to my vehicle with some aftermarket parts so I figured it made sense to go ahead and do that while they had it but they refused to accomodate any of my requests even though my insurance adjuster had said it was my call. And to top it off they lost several of the spoke pieces (that cost $20/a piece) that go to the centercaps of my rims and didn't even take responsibility for it. When it was all said and done they charged my insurance double the original estimate which, in turn, more than doubled my insurance rate. Go somewhere else!!

Rowland Collision Repair Center
Sadly, after having to take my car back twice after a lot of paint work my car still has defects. I gave up and told the owner while I appreciated their efforts to keep trying to get it right I couldn't keep giving them my car and I wanted to take it elsewhere and expected a refund for the portions that weren't right. Their response is that I'm making it up, I can't be satisfied, and that "no chance" of getting a refund b/c they are in the hole from having to do the work over and over again. Mind you, b/c they were messing it up. So at this shop, if you try really hard but can't get it right, you still get to keep the customers money. The owner won't address how I still have defects but is quite content to tell me I'm wrong.

Pro Car Care
I backed into a retaining wall at a restaurant and put a hole in my bumper and scratches on my trunk and quarter panel .These guys made my 2011 Mercedes look new for less than half what the dealer quoted me. They were easy to work with and matched the paint perfectly on my bumper. I would definitely recommend them if you have minor collision repair.

Hunter Auto Body Inc
Highly recommend Hunter Auto Body. The ownership and staff are very friendly and personable. Their work is the highest quality and pricing is very fair. They know their stuff and are extremely helpful. They've earned my business from here on out and have actively been recommending to friends, family, and co-workers. Recommend checking them out and giving them a chance to earn your business.

Tony's Dent Solutions
Tony is an extremely dedicated and talented windshield repair man. I went to him with just enough cash to fix 1 windshield damage, but when he saw another " hole" he offered to also fix it for the same price! He truly is a gentleman who does excellent work. My windshield looks like new!! Thanks Tony.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
