Total Comfort Heating & Cooling
my A/C had gone from 70 degrees in the am to 89 degrees in the pm….so needless to say, my place was hot…..I contacted Total Comfort, Emergency Services, since it was after 5 pm……I left my information and within 10 minutes or so, I was contacted……within 15 minutes or so, they were at my door……they were able to figure out the problem and replace the needed part to get my A/C working properly……I was able to use the YP coupon from the back of the directory for the service call……Just want to say I was impressed at how fast I was contacted and how fast the work was taken care of…….they did a good job

Courtney's Heating & Cooling
I had Courtney's out at my home the other day. The moment I called, the office staff was very friendly, they were quick to call me back and get me on the schedule the same day I called. When the service technician arrived he was also very friendly. He was very thorough & knowledgable when working on my furnace. He explained and showed me what the problem was and what needed to be done. The repair price was very reasonable. I will recommend Courtney's to my friends and family from now on.

Jt Dunn Climate Control
Our heat went out on a frigid day in March. When I contacted Brett from JT Dunn Climate Control, he immediately tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He arrived at the house a short time later and I had already rectified the problem myself. He still took the time to check out the unit and offer advice. He DID NOT charge us a service fee! He is a super nice guy, very polite and easy to deal with. He definitely has our business in the future!

C & G Heating & Cooling -24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE
Great Experience. About a month ago, I Got home from work and my AC wasn't working, I was already off the next day to as I was changing from Charter to Direct TV, so I set up an appointment for C and G to come out and fix the AC. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, the technician had the right part on his truck and I was up and running in no time. C and G was fast and professional, would definitely recommend.

Total Comfort Heating & Cooling
A/C stopped working- they were here within hours on a hot day and had it back up and running right away. I'd recommend cleaning the outside unit. I thought mine was clean by the outside appearance but apparently it was really dirty on the inside. So it was running inefficiently for a long time before a part finally broke. Now I'm on a maintenance plan that includes annual cleaning on the inside of the unit.

I have used this company for 10 years on my own home and refer them to my Real Estate clients. They have always been very professional and when I needed a job done right away, because we were on a time crunch, they came through for us.

Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
