The customer service at this location is OUTSTANDING! The constantly go above and beyond what is needed to make the customer happy. I won't shop anyplace else for my appliances. Have even helped friends in other states with their orders.

Snopek Major Appliance Repair
Wow, this guy...unless you enjoy the awkwardness of a thick sales pitch in tandem with several obvious jabs at how you're a complete moron, all while this man is standing in your home, do not call this business. He wondered, aloud and disparagingly, why I couldn't see the problem with my broken dryer myself. He then proceeded to list all of the things I was doing wrong in owning the appliance. Next he decided to play "appliance God" and tell me he wasn't going to reset my dryer to run until I had the outlet up to code. The cherry on top was calling to order the parts for repair while staring at me, then hanging up the phone and asking me if I wanted him to order the parts. Uhhh...? We paid him for the service call and sent him on his way. Not today, Satan!

All American Appliance Service Inc
Horrible service, one of the worst I've had in awhile, as they do not stand behind their service. Called to have them fix my fridge, $300 and 3 weeks later I still didn't have a working fridge. I had to call another company to repair my fridge, do yourself a favor and do the same.

Very Satisfied Customer! All American Appliance was able to come out and fix my refrigerator the same day I made the call. The service man was very polite and arrived to my house right on time. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem (a broken defrost thermostat). Great Service!

We purchased a free standing stainless steel range the other day. The store saiespeople were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were not pushy at all. Our only concern is that although we paid $100 extra for the stainless steel, we were never told that it was only stainless steel on the front. The sides are black and the rest of our appliances are white. The nice men who delivered the stove stated that people seemed shocked and upset on a regular basis because they all seem to expect an all over stainless steel appliance. When I contacted the store with my concern they did offer to replace it with a white stove, but there was no apology and they seemed completely unconcerned. When I reiterated that they really should inform customers who are buying free standing ranges that they are not really getting an all over stainless steel appliance, I got no reply at all and no acknowledgment that maybe they should have been a little more forthcoming. For this reason alone, I would probably not shop here again. On the surface it appears that they are intentionally deceiving customers.

Tips & Advices
If the washing machine is overloaded or all the clothes are packed to one side, the imbalance can cause the washing machine to jerk and shake. These vibrations can be violent enough to slam the machine against other objects, possibly causing damage to its exterior.
Refrigerator coils should be cleaned at least twice a year. Households with pets should clean their refrigerator coils more frequently.
To reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends homeowners set their refrigerators at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and their freezers at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
In terms of operations and upkeep, gas dryers are less expensive than electric. The actual savings depends on the cost of gas vs. electricity in the area. Still, gas dryers heat up faster than electric ones do, making them slightly more energy efficient. However, gas dryers are priced higher than electric ones, so homeowners should prepare to pay more at the outset.
Proper maintenance helps most home appliances last longer. Homeowner's should check their user's manuals for insight on how often to inspect, clean or upgrade their appliances.
